Goat Bristle Brush Works Well for African-American (and Probably Other) Hair Types
So far, I’ve only used the brush with soft goat bristles. (To be honest, I probably could have just bought the brush by itself instead of buying the kit.) The brush is gentle on baby’s scalp and hair and baby tolerates it well. The brush is good quality and feels good in the hand. This is the only brush I need.I’m not sure what the kit’s comb is supposed to do for an infant, but maybe the comb will become useful once a child’s hair grows longer (e.g. as a toddler). I don’t think the massage brush with the “bamboo bristles” will ever be useful for my child’s African-American hair, but I guess one could try using it for cradle cap?
