How did we get our start?

One winter three years ago, a loyal user who have bought two products from our company in one year sent an email, the letter said: Your oxygen monitors are very helpful for monitoring my physical condition. Could you please produce one that especially for babies? My newborn grandson is in poor health condition and needs constant monitoring. He also sent some lovely videos about his grandson, which impressed us a lot. Then the story begin…

    Peace of Mind
The Babytone Baby Sleep Monitor has been a great relief for us. This smart sock tracks baby’s heart rate, oxygen levels, and movement, which gives me grateful peace of mind while they sleep. The Bluetooth connection and app are easy to set up, and I love being able to monitor my baby’s well-being right from my phone. It’s comfortable for my little one to wear, and the app’s alerts are a great feature. I couldn’t be more relieved knowing this monitor is keeping an eye on them while they rest.

Gives peace of mind, and much more affordable than the big brand name!
A few years back, I bought the really expensive, and only sleep socks that were available at the time, for my twin grandsons who were born premature. This Babytone Baby Sleep Monitor Smart Baby Sock works almost as well as the big brand name, but is much more affordable. It fits our newest little one just fine, does not seem to irritate or bother him, and it lets us know about all the pertinent information while he’s sleeping. It monitors his average oxygen level, movement, and heart rate. Using the easy to use ViHealth app, it sends any alerts to your phone very quickly. Yes, there are some false alarms, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. The only thing that I would consider to be a minor negative, is that you have to keep the app open during use. Getting alerts is really the reason to have it. If you inadvertently close the app, I’m not certain if you get them properly. I always close all apps before I go to sleep, so it’s just a bit inconvenient to have to leave this important one open. The sleep monitor sock comes very nicely packaged, is small and perfect for those in the stated age range, and works just as well as the more expensive brand name. Despite its minor shortcoming, it really gives us peace of mind. It would make an absolutely wonderful gift for any new or expectant parents. Highly recommended!

Fairly Affordable Sleep Sock For The Average Family
This baby sleep monitor is still on the pricey side but falls within an affordable range for the average parent. Many new moms are sleep-deprived not only because they need to attend to their little ones at all hours but also because they lie half-awake, worrying if their baby is still breathing. The Babytone Sleep Sock tracks a baby’s heart rate, oxygen levels, and movements, helping to ease anxieties and allowing parents to get a more restful sleep. It’s always good to know when a device is dependent on an app and this one does indeed require you to pair with a free app to operate.

Works for adults too :-)))) Registration is *not* required to use the device or app :-))))
If you’ve ever wondered how your pulse rate changes while you sleep, whether you are a restless sleeper who moves around a lot, or what your oxygen levels are, then this device is really handy to have. There are O2 monitors for adults that use a finger clip or a wrist band, but I don’t like my hands encumbered while sleeping. I remove all rings, watches, and anything else when I want some shut-eye.As a baby monitor this device wraps around the baby’s foot and the oxygen monitor shines its light through a toe to get its readings. As a grownup with bigger feet, I just wrapped the oxygen monitor around my big toe and second toe with the LED shining through the second toe. The small control/Bluetooth unit has a very soft hook-and-loop strap that I wrapped around my foot to keep everything in place.I find having this on my foot to be much less intrusive and irritating that wearing a wrist strap or finger clip. The app is easy to use and setup straightforward. Just be a little patient as it goes through its initial connection and configuration. Importantly, registration is *not* required to use the app or the device, and all data is kept locally on the device and not in the cloud. But, only a few days of data are retained locally and the instructions say some features are limited. Registration stores full history in the cloud.Viewing history does require the device to be connected to your phone at the time (I think because multiple devices are supported by the app).Really neat tool. Highly recommended.

    Foot monitor
This works really well. My husband set up and synced this and it didn’t take too long, so I assume it was pretty easy/intuitive. Easy to get the monitor on my kiddo’s foot and it stayed pretty well once on. I like the cordless aspect of it – because then we don’t HAVE to wear a button up sleeper or double zip one. We have some of both, but it’s nice to be able to use any clothes with this.

Will not connect to sock meter without a separate camera from this company
I am really good at tech stuff but I am stumped on this one. When you go to add the sock meter to the app, you click on the + button, scroll down to the ‘sleep sock’ picture, then it tells you “Prompt: Please connect the camera first.” I tried to connect manually via bluetooth with the same results. I am hoping that I can get extra help on this from the seller so that I can change this review….. ?

    Wearing comfort can be improved
The overall feeling is OK, but there are some advantages and disadvantages.First of all, I think it is good, with a simple design and easy to wear. It can be tied directly to the baby’s feet, and the monitor can track the baby’s heart rate, blood oxygen level and movement, allowing me to observe his condition more safely when the baby falls asleep. It comes with an app that I can download and use. Through this mobile app, I can view the monitoring data in real time. The changes in heart rate and blood oxygen level are displayed very clearly, which I am very satisfied with. However, I also encountered some minor problems during use. Although the device itself is designed to be relatively light, the straps tied to the baby’s feet are easy to slip off, but we can’t tie it too tightly, otherwise it will affect the baby’s sleep.
