I have a terrible time falling asleep, even when I am exhausted. I think these help me fall asleep. They don’t make me groggy the next morning at all. I believe these little beads do help. They taste fairly pleasant, too. I have bought these repeatedly and I would recommend them.

I ordered this stuff not expecting it to work at all for me. I’ve always been a night owl, and my bedtime is usually around 5am, but I’ve wanted to normalize my sleep schedule for the longest time. Hard to fall asleep at 10pm when you just woke up at noon! I needed some help falling asleep but can’t take over the counter sleeping pills, as I take Xanax as well for a panic disorder. A frind of mine told me about rescue remedy years ago and I remembered it, looked it up on here, and was stunned to see how highly reviewed it was. I ordered some and have used it three times, and all I can say is FINALLY! Something to help me fall asleep! It kicks in pretty fast, maybe 10 minutes? And then you just feel this natural sleepiness, your brain really does sort of shut off (my brain still wanted to keep going but I found it was 10,000 times easier to shut it off with this stuff) and before I know it, it’s morning! I am so very thankful to have found this stuff, usually natural remedies don’t work for me, but this stuff did! At this price, it’s worth a shot! Ps- they taste just like orange tic tacs!

When I have trouble falling asleep I reach for Rescue Sleep . Just one small pill and I fall asleep within minutes.If you have trouble falling asleep I greatly recommend Rescue Sleep.

AWESOME sleep aid!
My mom and I have both used these for years. They’re very helpful when you just want to sleep, but your mind keeps racing around.If you’re familiar with Bach’s Rescue Remedy, this is the same 5 flower essences, plus White Chestnut. As the package says, it brings “relief from repetitive thoughts”. In my experience, also relief from thoughts going in every direction. I can take 2 or 3 if needed.Great stuff!

Did not work for me
Unfortunately these did not work for me. They are little clear balls filled with liquid that are supposed to help improve quality of sleep and/or help you get to sleep faster. To me, they taste like bitter orange and once the liquid absorbs, I was left with the empty jelly-like outer coating on my tongue. I wouldn’t buy them again just because they weren’t helpful, nothing was “wrong” with them.

I like that this aid eases me back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. And, there is no morning drowsiness .

I use Bach remedies for a lot of different things, and have done for years. I live near to Dr Bach’s house and have seen how simply they are made, just a small bowl of water with different plant extracts, leaves, petals, bark etc, left to infuse in them in the open air, and that’s it. As natural as can be. These tiny little capsules taste great and I just can’t believe how effective they are. They dissolve on your tongue in seconds and you get a taste of orange, which is very pleasant and then you just drift off into a sound sleep.

Took it when my mind would not stop racing. No taste which is good. I put it under my tongue and it melted quickly. I only took 2 tabs. Gave my friend and she felt she needed 4 tabs to sleep well. The 2 she took didnât work as well. Its a good product

I love the fact that you put one tiny capsule on your tongue, have a little read if you want to and you are asleep. You wake up quite refreshed. I did not want a prescription drug. Just need it to get through a trying time. I bought it because I have Rescue Remedy which is brilliant and the Rescue night is just amazing.
