Prefer them 100% over silicone
I used the silicone bannetons and they hold in too much moisture and dough gets a skin pretty quickly in the refrigerator so I purchased these. Theyâre awesome! Made well, keeps moisture at bay, the loaves no longer produce a skin and the dough doesnât stick, materials releases from dough very easily and the material is so easy to clean. I wonât ever go back to silicone. Great price and they work perfectly.

Good for the price
This is a nice set however, I find that I donât really need everything in it. The proofing basket has worked freight for my sourdough bread and I use the bread scorer however, the rest of the items I really donât use.

Everything I needed without spending too much
I wanted to get into sourdough bread baking. I read how it is more beneficial for the gut than normal breads so I want to give it a go. Because I have never made much bread before I thought I would look for a kit that gives me everything I need but without spending too much $. Besides, who wants to spend $80 on a kit if you’re not even sure you’re good at it? I am glad I got this one. Better price than others and it gave me everything I needed, i didn’t have to search for extra supplies. Thanks
