Great value for all the things needed to bake right away!Fabulous all-inclusive starter set for bread baking (not just sourdough).Iâve made yeast bread with this set and have everything I need to churn out beautiful loaves.The Dutch dough mixer is a quality sturdy steel whisk and seems durable so far.The Indonesian proofing baskets are genuine, natural rattan and create a gorgeous pattern on my loaves.The dough scraper is exactly like the ones Iâve seen on the vids, used by professionals.The liners are linen and washable (recommend in garment bag).Parchment paper is provided for perfect results when baking the dough loaves.Keep in mind that the paper liners are used in the baking vessel (made of glass, steel, aluminum, cast iron) and that you DO NOT bake in the two proofing baskets.

This is a good quality kit for sourdough making. It has everything basic that you need.Cleaning is easy. The bannetons have a bad smell at first. Just let them air out for a few days. 4 stars because of the bad smell.
