Poor tension
I have to double up the bands to get any considerable resistance.Try another brand.

Bad quality, returned. Will be spending the few extra dollars to get a better quality.

They stretch and provide a decent bit of resistance. They work as advertised but do feel very flimsy in quality.

I opened these resistance bands and on the very first stretch, it snapped…. I was not pulling hard or stretching far, I was literally stretching them out after just pulling them out of the package. I do not recommend this stretch band to anyone. Very weak and did not make it one stretch without breaking.
