This kinesiology tape is similar to what PT would tape you with. There are videos online of how to use it, or you can have them show you at appointments. Typically they are happy to demonstrate, because it really seems to help. Overall, I’d choose this product again as it’s a much better value than the big name brands.

Not the best brand I’ve tried
I’ve used KT / Rock / OK & several other brands. The adhesive on this brand is a bit irritating. I’ve had several small blisters firm at the edges of the tape. It can happen if the tape is stretched too hard for sensitive skin or with some adhesives. I cannot apply as much support with this brand as I can with others. It’s good for short term in my experience. But over 48 hrs I would not recommend. If it doesn’t last as long it’s not as good a deal in my opinion and I could get 5-7 days out of KT tape no problem. Even with showers and swimming & a little trimming of edges if they lifted.So a good bargain if you just need it to get through a game, match or meet and going to remove it within 12 hrs.

Not Waterproof At All
I guess it would be okay if you don’t sweat. It comes off and falls off as soon as you sweat or it gets wet. Complete garbage. A waste of money.

Great Support for My Shoulder
Overall, this is a great pack of kinesiology tape. It was easy to cut to size and apply to my shoulder. It did a good job of staying on my skin despite some sweat. It’s strong but not so stiff that it is restrictive. It did a solid job of providing some extra support for my shoulder while swinging a racker.

Regrettable purchase
It doesn’t stick as well as other brands, last inky for the day by night it’s coming off either just because the glue or if I rubbed against something it will come unstuck from my skin. I’ve used CKeep tape precut strops which I will be going back to, waterproof and breathable material that stays on for at least 3 days from my experience. I use daily so I need good quality, little higher in price but last longer, so it balances out and saves in the amendment the hassle of replacement every day. And I do shower with it and it stays on!

Ok for the price
Use mainly for patellar tracking issues. Not as good as the expensive stuff but does it’s job. Have to use QDA or Tuff Skin to get it to stay through the course of a game.

The adhesive is extremely low quality, does not stick well with application. Does not offer any kinesiology support with any stretch over soft tissue. Almost immediately falls off. Does not work for kinesio taping.
