I have mixed feelings about this product. On one hand, it worked wonders in elevating my mood and reducing stress, leaving me feeling calm and energized the next day. However, it didnât deliver the results I hoped for when it came to improving sleep. If your goal is to feel less stressed and more energized, Iâd recommend giving it a try. But if youâre looking for a product specifically to aid with sleep, this might not be the best option.
