I’ve lost 50 lbs in 7 months doing intermittent fasting. (20 hour fast with a 4 hour window to eat, and daily walking/work out videos) But then a hit a plateau, and didn’t lose or gain anything for a whole month. I tried these out and have lost two lbs in two weeks! Somthing finally helped kick start the weightloss again. It’s only been two weeks though, so I’m not sure if this will continue to help with weightloss, but I feel like it has so far. I have zero bad side effects from this. I’ll definitely be buying again until my weightloss journey is over.

Helped with menopause weight loss
So this product helped⦠a lot⦠but itâs not a miracle cure. You still have to do the work. I had been watching what I was eating And had been walking regularly and still wasnât able to lose weight after menopause. I was beyond frustrated. Tried this as a last effort and I was so excited to see the scale start to move. Like I said. Iâm still counting calories and still making sure I get exercise every day, but this has really helped me to see some gradual results. Took about 2 weeks before I noticed a difference. If you try it and just sit on a couch waiting for results it probably isnât worth the money.I had also purchased this to help with blood pressure. Hasnât helped much with that. It initially drops when I take it but then goes right back up again.
