It’s working!
As a disabled menopausal woman it’s very hard to lose weight & be as healthy as I would like. I eat healthy & try my hardest but I was not where I would like to be. These tiny little soft gels are making it easier to reach better health. They have no taste, don’t bother my stomach & they work. My cholesterol levels & fat levels are improving. Surprisingly my digestion seems better as well. Despite making any other changes to my regimen other than these pills, I’m making progress finally

Improves digestion and works to reduce belly fat
I was first drawn to berberine as a recommendation for weight loss. I have found since taking it my digestion has improved and I don’t feel as bloated — my belly is definitely flatter. I like this brand too — a previous brand I tried, same dosage, was a bit too aggressive on my belly causing diarrhea and made me uncomfortable. This brand, I have had no negative issues — it’s a keeper!

I heard about this through a local health coach on the radio and he pushes this stuff, Dr Lance Dreher`s (Mr Olympic 1980?)so I thought I would try it, but I was already fairly small already, BUT I am spreading the word to a few other people I know who are having problems with their weigth loss. I`m NOT giving this a bad review, but to tell you the truth, I`m not sure what helped me loose weight. This is my story 3 yrs. ago, I weighed 173lbs. I got an ebike for a milestone birthday and dropped 10 lbs. without dieting or supplements. Then a year ago,I went to my dentist and was diagnosed with candida overgrowth. (I thought I had an infected tooth or gums). So I went on a VERY strict diet and had lost 30 lbs. between ebiking and walking. I got sick and tired of not being able to get rid of my condition, so I went on a beef bone broth and vegetable cleanse.( I didn`t weigh myself every week or even before starting the berberine, so I don`t know what I was prior to starting berberine). Shortly after that, I ordered these took a few and then stepped on the scale and I am 128lbs. I gave this to one of my adult kids to see what it does for them. I DID order more to help maintain my weight through our winter, (which really is summer), because we can`t or don`t get out and do any activities, without having a heatstroke. I do know, all health issues start in the gut, meaning get your internal gut healthy and the rest of the sicknesses should clear themselves up, get rid of gluten foods, process foods and sugars; Drink lots of water and get out and take a walk if possible and this stuff is suppose to have good gut bacteria in it, well Dr Lance Dreher`s (Mr Olympic 1980?) stuff does. I`ll have to try these through the summer and hope they work. I may have to do an update later with the adult kid and a few of my other friend`s weight issues.

Awful packaging!!
I bought a jar for myself & a jar for my daughter. I just open mine today and it is atrocious! Capsules are very flimsy and brittle! Someone needs to check on their quality control because this product is unsatisfactory at least 12 to 15 pills in my jar messed up! Broken and Are inside my jar the powder.. I will not be buying again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Says it’s from Newark Delaware, USA this is very shoddy product for the USA to build back better!
