Love the flavor
I absolutely love the flavor of this! It has a little bit of caffeine but not too much. I just wish it was a bit more affordable, I end up not doing it every month. I definitely feel like it helps suppress my appetite.

Awesome vitamin product.
This product really helps! I will continue to use it, and see what results I have. It helps me drink more water too…as it gives the water a bit of flavor. Takes a little time to get used to the vitamin aftertaste, but it’s not horrid. It’s flavor is pleasant, but not sweet.

Helpful aid
I first tried this product on recommendation from my hairstylist. We both were losing weight on a high protein/low carb diet, and she said this product was helping her, so I tried it too. She was buying hers from her chiropracter. I tried it, and it does seem to work to help me eat less. I drink a protein shake in the morning, go work out, then come home and drink one of these, then go shower, etc. It takes the edge off my appetite to help me not eat again until lunch time, and then when I do eat, I feel full sooner. I also seem to not want to snack as much in the afternoon. I would recommend you try it if you are interested, and see if it works for you. I only gave it 4 stars because it is rather expensive. I normally don’t use it on weekends, just on the days I work out. Just a warning…I drank it a few hours before a doctor’s visit, and my blood pressure was up quite a bit. So, apparently it does boost metabolism. But if you have an issue with blood pressure, you might want to ask your doctor about it first. I went to my doctor again the other day, and remembered NOT to drink this first. My blood pressure was great!

Does not taste good
This is beyond yucky. I tried to get through one, even tried a half of one and just couldn’t drink it. I tried to give it to my mom, she couldn’t get past the smell. Too late to return, so I figured I would warn others.
