i cant criticize products like this too much because it so depends on your physical and chemical make up, along with what you eat and drink. This had little to no effect on helping me sleep but its not to say it won;t do that for others.

Go To Sleep aid
I get caught in cycles where I donât sleep well for weeks, this things handle it. After about an hour youâre start to really feel like itâs bed time and they help you stay sleeping throughout the night. Iâve been through a lot of sleep aids and most feel groggy in the morning or donât work at all but these have a good come down and you feel just fine waking up. Itâs the standard at my place. No bad taste, no stomach aches.
