I really like how I can place my vegetables in this over the sink and give them a good rinsing. I’ve found it useful for holding silverware I don’t want soaking in the hot water down in the sink too. A very useful device.

Super practical and versatile – loving this!
This year, we did a long-overdue improvement to our kitchen and replaced our previous two-tub sink with a bigger single tub sink, which is way more convenient and practical than what we had before. As part of this change, my wife bought this over-the-sink colander. We use it primarily as a dish rack for the dishes that we need to hand wash, but my wife also washes fruit and vegetables and puts them in this strainer to drain. It is unobtrusive, taking up maybe 20% of the overall width of the sink, and is easy to move out of the way if needed. But we have found it so useful that it just owns a spot in our new sink.We liked it so much that when my parents moved into a new house we bought another one of these to gift to them.
