Making Christmas lights great again
Works great, used for Christmas lights. Lost connection to WiFi a couple times (was about 30 ft away from router) but that only interfered with connecting new devices, it did not affect the ability to turn on and off the devices already connected.

Easy setup once you know 2.4Ghz only!
Mobile app UI is nice. Setup works pretty flawlessly so long as you know it only works with a 2.4Ghz WIFI. 5G does not work.It would be nice if the mobile app could “scan” the shared QR code from another phone or locally stored image, this would make the setup very simple.

Poor quality device
The plugs itself do not make good contact and at times my lights have not come on due to the poor connection. This was suppose to be for a reptile tank and I could not rely on it. Also it loses connection to my WiFi a lot, the only device on my network that has issues. I would not recommend this device.

Works perfectly
I looked for what felt like forever for a decent looking power strip that looked like it could power my wife’s wax warmers and allow us to control them through Alexa and the most important thing I was looking for was that it would use the smart life app because I am doing everything I can to make sure we don’t have dozens of apps for the items we have in our home (we already have way more apps than I would prefer) and when I found that this would use smart life, has an angled low profile plug, and some USB ports I decided to give this a try. It arrived super fast, connected to the 2.4ghz router I specifically set up for our devices right away and was paired with Alexa as soon as I was finished naming each plug in smart life, it literally took me longer to straighten the cord out than it did set this up.My only disappointment was that I wish this had atleast 6 feet rather than the not quite 5 feet cord, but for the price and ease of setup I’m very happy.

Love these
I love these. I have bearded dragons and their lights need to come on and go off at certain times. Of course there are too many to go one by one and do it manually. I have 5 of these already. They are easy to set up. Way better than the analog dial ones that are never accurate and easy to mess up. I will be buying a few more. I tell anyone I know that needs a timed power strip to get these.

Works exactly as advertised. Purchased this to turn a lamp on/off with Alexa. I had a smart bulb in the lamp but it worked intermittently. Now the lamp comes on or turns off with specific phrases with no issues. Bonus with this power bar are charging ports for iPhone and iPad.We are very satisfied.

Contacted customer service so they can assist in resolving randomn disconnect to wifi. 2 products go offline regularly and there is nothing I can do about it. I need to manually turn them back on, stay connected to wifi and disconnect after a while. I indicated to BN LINK that I had 50 other devices connected (mostly switch lights for my automated house). The only answer, Hello,If you have 50 units connected to your router, it is inevitable that our units will sometimes get offline.Thanks Best Regards, Darren— REALLY, you are telling clients that non-sense! I am an engineer by trade and would never tell such statement to clients. If so, why the other products don’t have the same issue, why just their product. Is it part of a design, who’s designing that non-sense! Anyhow, unacceptable. And if the case, it should be documented in their product description. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Suggesting not to buy their products. I am information future clients until they get their act together and stop designing poor product.
