Best excercise product I’ve ever purchased
Definitely the best thing I’ve ever purchased for exercise. The convenience of this kettle bell has really got me working out and enjoying it. I bought this during COVID quarantine and it has been a perfect purchase. The small package is great. It has a range from 8 to 40 lbs in a small kettlebell form that doesnt take up much space. The unit comes with a base where you set the weight before you make an adjustment. Just the click of the dial and you are set with a different weight. The convenience of switching weights is what has me doing more and more variety of exercises. If I had any negatives for the product, it jumps from 25 to 35 to 40 in the available selections. I would have loved a 30lb setting built in, but it has quite a range in a very compact package, so I think they did a great job designing it. The durability is great. It does say that you cant drop it or throw it down, but that isnt really a problem to me. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and I am already seeing muscle gains from using the product. I think the price is very reasonable for the weight range and convenience it provides. If I would have bought dumbells with plates, I wouldnt do nearly the mix of exercises, because I’d get tired of putting plates on and taking them off during a workout. With the Bowflex, I’m setting the weight down on the base, turning a dial a click or two and lifting it right back up. Love it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love this kettle bell! Right out of the box the product was very easy to use. Itâs is a solid product. So far no concerns of the weights falling out or rattling while in use. Adjusting the weight is simple and seamless. Itâs perfect for quick effective workouts throughout the week.
I do wish the product had a higher max out weight of 50lbs at least but 40 will suffice.

If you want different weights in your kettle bells and want to save some space this work really well. Iâve had this for 4 years and it still works well. Itâs build to last and be used.

Good concept for having multiple weight in one gear but the shape is a bit odd for a kettle bell speciallt if youre used to usibg the normal one

So much nicer than getting individual kettlebells
We already had the bowflex dumbells and were told we should get kettle bells to help our workouts. Well, with this being basically 6 in 1, it was a no brainer. Especially when 40 lb kettle bells alone come close to $100. Super easy to use and the grip is nice and ergonomic, not just hard round steel like some others. Makes for a great workout, both for myself and my wife with having the adjustability built in for all kinds of exercises. Well worth the initial investment, especially if this holds up as well as the BowFlex dumbells have.

Great for workouts and offers flexibility
I use this to work out and like it. With its adjustability it can be heavy or it can be lighter. I like the flexibility in the kettlebells and allows me to take up less space than having different kettlebells that weight different amounts.
-If you work out, and if you use kettlebells, then this is a product you may really like.
-If you do not work out, or you never use kettlebells, I would not suggest buying this unless you need something heavy to prop against another object but I would think there would be better solutions.

My husband and I love the addition of this kettlebell to our home gym. With the weights difference we can both use it and have less weights to store.
We both get a fantastic workout in with the weight level we need. Quick and easy to change the weight. Nice handle. Highly recommend.

I actually have two of these now, bought a second so I could train with two or if I have a training partner round. Both times I brought one it was on sale.
Design: the shell for this product seems to be longer in drop than a standard kettle bell, the hand is a lot wider so makes some movements awkward.
Reliability: I’ve never had any issues changing the weight value, it is smooth and works with ease. When doing kettlebell swings I worry the weight will come flying out but in over a year of use it never has so seems fairly secure.
Value: Very very good for saving space, and providing a good variety of weights at a lower price point then buying them separately. Increments do not rise in fixed values which can annoying, for instance the sequence goes 11kg to 16kg then 18kg.
Overall: Very Good value when I purchased at around £100each time, range of weights is good and system is easy to use. Only real issue is the width of handle is longer than standard Kettle bell which can change the why some movements may be done but any change should be only slight.
I do use modular dumbbells (nuobell) and bar bell (bow flex) for training the majority of the time, but the kettle bell was the modular system I first purchased and it still comes in very handy, hence I brought a second.
