Looks and works amazing – our family and our guests love it!!
Brita Hub is exactly what its name says “Powerful countertop filtration” and not to forget Instant. We have been using other Brita filters with Brita pitchers and water dispensers for last several years but Brita Hub is a game changer. It looks amazing and takes very little space and works right at the touch of your finger! Water tastes good and easy to pour and easy to refill. We love it, our kids love it and our guests always keeps asking about it and how cool it looks. Perfect fit for our kitchen countertop! Easy to clean water reservoir and seems low maintenance so far.It does make little noise when filtering water but not a big deal especially given that it filters water instantly without any wait. The buttons are extremely easy to use and makes it much easier to fill cups and bottles instantly. Great purchase!

Britta Hub Countertop Dispenser in Action – Quick Demo & First Impressions
First day with the Britta hub countertop water dispenser and I’m impressed – the water tastes amazing! Setup was mostly straightforward, though there was one hiccup worth mentioning for other buyers. When I first plugged it in, the pump made an unusual mild grinding noise. I later realized this was normal – it was just the pump trying to prime its lines and draw water through the new filter. During my first attempt, the unit stopped and displayed an “Add Water” light, despite the tank being full and properly inserted with the filter correctly installed. After reseating both the tank and filter, I tried again. This time, I let it run for about 15 seconds through the grinding sound. The noise then shifted to a rising whistle, and within moments, water began flowing – slowly at first, then quickly reaching a normal flow rate. After purging the tank twice, everything has worked perfectly. One suggestion for Britta: It would be helpful to include information about the initial priming process in the setup instructions. New users should know that some unusual sounds are normal at first, and that they may need to be patient during this initial setup phase. Even if they get an “Add Water” warning, simply reseating the components and trying again should resolve the issue – no pun intended!

Worst product ever – read my review
I am very pragmatic in my reviews. This water filter/dispenser device is terrible. I set it up, flushed the system, then to properly test it, I added 9 cups of Arrowhead Spring Water, which tastes fantastic. I got this Brita to remove the microplastics from my spring water bottled water. When the spring water was dispensed, and upon me releasing the dispenser button, the unit continues to drip water for minutes. I have provided a photo of just *how much* water continues to drip out. Ridiculous. Then I went to the taste test. My spring water tasted like garbage going through the Brita filter cartridge dispenser. IMO, more “made in China” junk. I have had under sink cartridge units over the years, and they NEVER tasted like this Brita treated water. I packed it up and sent it back to Amazon.

    Great for our purposes!
I’ve had it for about a couple months now. I must say it’s pretty reliable. Produces good tasting water that doesn’t filter too much. Some of the stuff in water I think are essential to have. If you’re using it for severely contaminated water, I’m not too sure I can vow for that. If you live in an area with decent water supply this is probably good enough. We also have a pitcher that helps to alkalize the water we get from this machine. So far, I don’t have any complaints. In the future, though, I hope they would upgrade the filter to get rid of more ‘forever chemicals’. That would of course increase the price point but I’d rather pay more in that case.-December 12th, 2023 update-Still working great for us. I went a bought a new filter just in case but the filter light has never been anything but green ever since I got the machine. Water still tastes great. Our tap water reeks of chlorine but after going into the filter and then into our cup, no such scent or taste is detected. So is the filter lasting unexpectedly long? Or is the filter light tripping hahaAnyway, I treat this machine like a prized possession whenever we move to a new place (moved twice this year). It feels somewhere in between delicate and sturdy. Of course it also takes love and care for anything to last long and continue to function well. The machine is wrapped up and cushioned nicely in its own dedicated cardboard box. And I carry it myself in the car in my lap all the way through lol The end line is, this has been the best $180 I’ve spent in my entire young adult life thus far.I want to note that I never detach the reservoir from the machine to refill water. I refill it using a 32 oz water pitcher by pouring directly into the reservoir. It takes 2-3 short trips from the kitchen sink to the counter space where I have this machine situated. I think it helps in the longevity of the system by minimizing leakage and such. Also hauling the whole reservoir filled with water gets to be too much for tiny ol me haha

The water tastes better. I tap twice for a constant flow and once to stop water flow. No leaks very easy to use. I put the filtration system in the corner of the ccounter which does not take up a lot of space No issues so far.

Pros:- water taste great- room temperature water- ease of use- fits my large thermosCons:- doesn’t filter everything but if you’re on a budget it’s better than a standard Brita pitcher and tasting the tap water.- situational but can be a bit noisy if used at night. Not sure if babies would wake or not

I have been doing the rinsing 20 times already and the dark specks haven’t gone away and for awhile it looked like there was liquid floating on the surface too. I don’t know if my machine is defective but I can’t recommend it the state the water comes out of it. Tap water looks a thousand time more drinkable.

Wow I didn’t even know before this product exists! So much better than a pitcher.I use it all the time, drinking, cooking, pets drink water, making ice! It’s aesthetic too.Of course if you want cold water you will need to put the filtered water in a jug in your fridge. I just put ice in my water it’s good enough for me.

Works as intended. Shipping was fast. Only thing I dont like is how loud it is when dispensing water but a minor thing.
