Sustained release is a game changer
I was experiencing extreme fatigue due to burnout. I had stopped taking my B complex and my doctor wanted me to go back on one because B5 is apparently great for adrenal fatigue and stress recovery. I wasn’t happy with my previous vitamins because it seemed like I would have a burst of energy and then a crash in the afternoon and sometimes I would feel so agitated and moody. I decided to try these because it had greater amounts of the various B vitamins and was the only one I could find that had enough B5. I also thought the sustained release might eliminate the mood and energy fluctuations. It definitely has. I still take it in the morning vs night but I feel so even throughout the day. It also seems to have really boosted my levels already given my labs so the absorption is good. This is a very high quality vitamin and I am now planning to look at this brand for other vitamins that I take because so many supplements are hit or miss but this is definitely the real deal. I feel such big difference.

Seems to work. I guess a test would be to not take it for several days to see if it impacts my energy level, the primary reason I take it. I do notice the slow release seems to be better in that I don’t eliminate it quickly like other forms of B. You body supposedly eliminates extra Vit B, but this seems to last throughout the day.

Great quantity great price work just like there supposed to with no crash!
I bought these because of the price and the quantity I got damn near a years worth for whatever it was 20$ or 30$. This is the first b vitamin that Iâve bought that had the ER-extended relief stuff in it which I love. Theirs no crash at all you take it and (usually) within an hr tops you feel the pick me which is the instant part and then the ER slowly dissolves throughout the rest of your day and when I was on a campaign at work Iâd take it in the morning and twelve hrs later when I got off and even after when I was at home 16 hrs later I never did get the drop off which is a blessing it truly is that alone is why I stopped taking B vitamins years ago. Not only that but you only have to take one pill a day whenever your morning is. The only side affect Iâve noticed with them is that they do turn your urine a bright fluorescent yellow, lime green, or orange depending on your hydration level lol but it doesnât have a bad odor or stain your underwear or anything off putting though so Iâll definitely be buying another supply when I run out of these. Also just a note like any and all medications/feelable vitamins you can and will develop a tolerance to these where they wonât work as good as when u first started taking them (theyâll still work you just wonât feel them like you did in the beginning) and I have narcolepsy plus horrible untreated sleep apnea so I need every energy boost I can get so what I do is I only take mine on the days that Iâm actually doing something. If Iâm just planning on sitting home all day and hangin out and itâs a weekend Iâll skip taking the vitamin that morning or those two mornings whatever. This way your bodyâs always guessing and I find these particular type of vitamins give you better results if you use them as such (little trick I picked up while I was doing bodybuilding shows) itâs up to you just my personal tip. Don’t fall asleep at my desk anymore
I was taking a B complex before this one, with a yellow label. This one is different because it seems to keep my energy stable all day without any lows. It does make my pee bright yellow/orange almost permanently though.Edit: My hair is growing in fuller and the bald spot on my crown is going away. My eyebrows are growing in fuller too. My nails are so strong that I can no longer bite them! It was a bad habit I was trying to lose so that was convenient. I told my spouse to start taking them too.

I have tried many different types of B Complex formulations over the years and 2 of my favorites are Bronson’s and Swisse (both are available at amazon).This one is a strong/potent formula and you are getting your money’s worth. I believe the ingredients are (non-GMO & Soy Free) clean and effective, if this company wants happy and loyal cutomers, it will keep providing us with great quality at a reasonable price.- What I like the most about this B complex (after its good quality) is the formulation (milligrams of each B vitamin). Who ever came up with this formulation knows their science quite well !- This B complex gave me a great sense of clean energy and focus with out any crash and I know, it is because of the good dose of B3 and B5 (Niacinamide and Pantothenic acid), which increases NADH and Acetylcholine in the brain, respectively.- I ususally take half tablet in the morning or at dinner with SR Fish Oil and it has turned out to be a great combo for me.- The day i expect to have more mental or physical stress, I take 1 tablet (instead of half) in the morning with my tea and I am focused like a research scientist, this helps me get a lot done with out getting tired.- This is an excellent product for men like me who are over 40 and have a healthy life style. This formulation keeps my hormones and neurotransmitters in excellent condition.- My sleep has become deeper and more restful. I go to sleep at night easily on 1 tab as long as i take it before noon.
