I ran out of vitamin A and I consider this to be a good replacement. I think that vitamin A is a essential vitamin to have along with b and c the body uses it up quickly and I wanted to make sure I have some handy to use. It is easy to swallow and I think we’ll be effective in my health regimen.

This is too much Vit A
If your doctor tells you to take this that’s fine, but if you are eating foods rich in vitamin A, this is too much. I was taking this along with eating a diet that is high in vitamin A and i started experiencing blurred vision and light headedness from vitamin A toxicity. Great product that is easily absorbed though. Avoid leafy greens and eggs with it though.

No Beta Carotene.
Smokers and former smokers should not do Beta Carotene. The cancer risk goes up a lot. So I looked for vitamin A that was not from Beta Carotene without breaking the bank. This works!!
