This is a great product. One capsule so no need to worry about multiple capsules for the serving. Tremendously helpful in allowing me to raise my Vitamin B levels. No weird side effects or after taste. Might turn your urine neon-yellow but there is nothing harmful about that, it is because of the excess B vitamins being released. Nothing to complain about with this product. Affordable price.
