I make a lot of sourdough bread and these 4 quarts are perfect for letting my dough rise. I love that. It comes with two. Just know that the lids do not come with them. I had to order them separate but it was still worth the money.Yes, I do recommend these

This is a sturdy and versatile container which I originally bought it to brine chicken. Itâs excellent for this purpose. However⦠now that I make cold-process soap, I use it for mixing the oils in making the soap batter. Itâs nice and deep so there is no splashing. I need another one just for the kitchen.

Great for sourdough bulk fermentation
I bought this for the bulk fermentation step when making sourdough. It works great for my purpose. It seems like it’s good quality and feels quite sturdy. It’s also easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher if needed. Please note this does not come with a lid.

Easy to take the sourdough outEasy to cleanGreat for sourdough proofingHard to do stretch and fold in the bucket. Next time I will only put it in after all sets of stretch and fold. A bit expensive for a bucket but it should last a lifetime unless I accidentally preheat my oven with the bucket in it.
