Big volume for light weight
As a hammock camper and bushcrafter I am super excited to try out this product. First with the good everything is as it seemed. I love the metal lid which is what kept me from going with pathfinder or other brands.You don’t want to boil with the lid obviously because of the rubber seal bt you could take it off which I won’t bother with. Your less likely to strip metal over plastic avoiding a leak based of my experience. The lid is tight and I have tested it. I love the carry bag that I can hook on my pack or sling on my shoulder for a hike. The carrier had a small pouch to hold the fire hanher, utensils, or whatever you choose. The cup is a great size. The only thing I have to say negative about this whole thing is the cup does not nest tightly and has a bit of play. Cardboard, a rag, or something will do fine. Can’t wait to get out and use this set. I can probably update after a few uses. Although there wasn’t a tin of reviews it was a 4.8 I did check reviews on many options before buying this. I probably overthought it but I feel good about my purchas. Amazon did deliver it to my neighbor and not me but that was no fault of the company selling the product. I’d recommend this to friends and you can’t beat the price.

A very large kit, not ideal for backpacking, but perfect for bushcraft camping
If you’re looking for a well made, large, single-walled steel container to boil and keep water in, this is a great little kit. The cup is very large, at 700ml. The “nesting” is a bit loose, but the large container does indeed fit inside the cup. Included is a spring hanger that can be compressed and put down into the mouth of the bottle, and it will hold very securely while suspending the bottle over a fire to boil/sanitize water.The carrying pouch is very durable, but a bit too bulky for packing. If you kept it as just a sling to carry on the trail, that would be fine. But trying to pack this will take up too much room. You’re better off just stuffing the bottle in a side pouch.The cup is large enough to fit a standard hard-walled Nalgene-type bottle, so you do have that option if you already have a Nalgene and want a cup that can fit over it without adding additional packing bulk.The cup itself can serve as a “bush pot”, without a lid. It’s pretty big and will easily fit on any camping stove. Being 304 stainless, it won’t be harmed by any flame. Be sure to pack a potholder if you plan to heat up any part of this set.I’m very pleased with the quality of the set. Now to find out just how to customize it to suit my needs.

Bought this stuff for very hard every day use
So far the fit and feel are awesome on the gloves, and I can tell this bottle and cup with its carrier will last me a lifetime. I go through a lot of gloves but these feel just a little heavier duty but not at the expense of comfort. All I can say is iron clad works some magic and so does pubgeer. Looking forward to using all of this

I bought this canteen for hiking and camping. What a great item. I love that it has a cup in it so I can share with my daughter. It has a nice carrier for hiking. Great item.
