    I love these things! I can’t stand gummy melatonin … it’s either too sweet or I don’t like the taste. I ordered these quick dissolve tablets on accident … and so glad that I did! Not too sweet, works quickly. Feel great the next day … not groggy or anything … and I wake up at 4:30 as a business owner and start work on my laptop almost immediately (before coffee kicks in) and I function great!     Fast, Effective…but side effects?
    I’ve been struggling with falling asleep lately but after taking one of these I definitely pass out. Only thing that sucks is the side effects when i wake up in the morning. You sleep good don’t get me wrong, but waking up is hard and i’ve noticed a slight headache I get, i also wake up feeling groggy/still tired.

It contains 12mg melatonin. Taste is great and dissolves fast. I have just received the 4th bottle

    يساعد على النوم بشكل اسرع، مايسبب دوخه بس في البدايه لازم تاخذون نصف حبه عشان الجرعه كبيره، بعدها تاخذون حبه اذا حسيتو ان النوم مايجيكم ولا تعتمدون عليه يفضل تنظمون وقت نومكم وكل يوم تنامون بنفس الوقت وتصحون بنفس الوقت، هذا فقط هرمون طبيعي موجود باجسامنا من الاساس لكن اخذته عشان لخبطة النوم، وشكرأ.
