I buy these for my showroom associates. I realize they can use their phones, but I like the larger buttons and read-out to show customers pricing. I believe they look more professional than holding up a personal phone, but that’s just me. The numbers are easy to read, it’s comfortable in hand and the price is right!

Perfect for handheld or desk
This calculator is perfect size. Being 84 years old my eyesight is not what it used to be. The buttons are large enough to avoid the dreaded âtwo button pushâ you didnât intend. I donât need all the fancy buttons that students or accountants might need. The basics are all there.

– Works great. Sometimes the lighting is low in the room the cacculator still turns on due to the dual solar/battery feature.- The keys have a good feel to them when pressed and are large keys.- The display is large.- I have had no issues with the unit. I have had it for about 1.5 years.- I knew this when I purchased it, so I can’t complain, but I wish the calculator had a 1/x key. The manufacturer could drop the square root button. But again, this does not reflect poorly on the unit. The product is made is China; more Americans would use the 1/x key rather than the square root key.

However, I felt “ethically” compelled to do so in this particular instance.This calculator was purchased for my own use in the (finance) company where I work. The cost was fully covered by my employer. After two months of regular daily use, calculator’s performance remains acceptable.The (blue) calculator received from Amazon was a “Catiga Two-Power Calculator” Model CD-2786-12, which – of course – was manufactured in China. The Amazon delivery was notably swift. The calculator is as advertised (e.g., large tilted LCD display screen, large buttons, etc.) and seems to work properly and charges both quickly and efficiently using the small integrated solar cells. Though, it’s certainly not a high-quality product – with a flimsy plastic housing and buttons.To my utter bewilderment, enclosed in the package upon arrival was a small invoice specifying a total dollar value of $9.99. Yet, as advertised on Amazon at the time, I was charged $36.81, plus tax.Let me be abundantly clear, this calculator is NOT worth the advertised price. If you search on the websites of other Canadian vendors, such as Staples, BestBuy, Walmart, etc., you will quickly discover better products at a FRACTION of the price charged by this seller on Amazon. Caveat emptor!
