I am 53 and this is the absolute best multivitamin I have found at a great price! Just one tablet a day, with no upset stomach reaction either! Great value for the money. I’ve been. Centrum customer a while because it’s a good vitamin. I’ve not experienced any adverse effects like a upset stomach but I don’t have a sensitive stomach. Large pills but no issues swallowing.

Lost a star because it’s not easy to swallow. Good deal at the quantity level. Took almost 3 weeks of daily use to be sure of its effectiveness. I recommend this product but I never take more than 1 a day. No noticeable taste.
