Affordable, Quality & Non-Irritating
Let me just say that this retinol is simply amazing. Aside from being affordable for the average person, it is irritating which is perfect because my skin can be sensitive to AHAs/BHAs & Retinol type products. This does not leave my skin feeling dry or red. Also, I have noticed it helps with dark marks and fine lines.

Great product at a great price
I recently decided to introduce retinol into my skincare routine, and love my other cerave products so figured I would look to them first. I wasnât disappointed. This serum has quickly minimzed dark spots from previous breakouts and has actually helped smooth the keratosis pilaris bumbs on my cheeks too (not gone but definitely less rough). I never expected any miracles but I have definitely noticed a more even skin tone since adding this to my nighttime routine. It is pretty lightweight, absorbs quickly thought it does leave a bit of a sheen so best to use at night. Itâs an effective and affordable choice.

Good for an OTC retinoid
A few years ago, this product was just a penny in the fountainâa glimmer of hope for my skin. My face and body were ridden with scars, and I wasnât sure this product could help. But I underestimated it.It takes time to see results, and although I initially doubted the product, it only takes a minute or two to apply. And as a secondary incentive, it absorbs well and brightens your skin just a tad. I distinctly remember it felt good on my skin â it wasnât thick or heavy and felt almost like a moisturizer.After a few months of daily use, the retinolâs collagenic effects began to shine. Some of my surface level scars were already smoothing over. And eventually, even my deepest scars became marginally less definitive.It gave me hope that treatment was possible, so I saw a dermatologist. Iâve since been on tretinoin, but I couldnât have gotten here without this product.
