I bought this product on a whim. I have a nagging neck issue because I sleep super weird. My stupid sleep position makes my head hurt and it’s hard to turn my head at times. I didn’t even know this product existed. I got the hang of it after finding my sweet spot and was astonished at the instant relief. Took a few tries to understand how to block air leak, but once I realized where the little ball went, I’ve been good. I use this 2-3 times a day about 10 minutes a time and it’s AMAZING!! This is only my 3rd day, but I’m highly impressed and encourage you to purchase this gem. You won’t be disappointed. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Effective but use with caution
Initially I was intimated to use it but it is really no-brainer: squeeze the pump to inflate and use the valve to adjust firmness and deflate. I definitely felt the pull in my neck which was nice at first. However, after using this, I feel like I may have a more severe cervical condition because after just a few minutes, my neck felt strained and I went into a slight panic as it seemed the pressure was too much and I had a hard time breathing. Perhaps to start, one should inflate minimally. I donât know that Iâd use it again after that experience personally but I can see how it is effective for those with cervical tension (not as sensitive as mine.)

Only worked while laying down
I bought this due to issues throughout my neck with pinched nerves, I am on the fence about it though. I have used it a few times and haven’t felt any noticeable traction, only pain in my jawline from the pressure it adds. Maybe I am using it wrong, but it doesn’t come with directions and I have no prior experience with it. I tried it once laying down and was able to feel some traction, so I will keep trying it that way. I will update review after a few more uses.
