Although it is correct, it could be misleading.The device is one single elastic tube the ends of which connect to a pair of handles, one for each hand.That clearly shows in the picture but the wording, “Sports Resistance Tube Bands” The plural bands, might leada potential buyer to think there is a pair of tubes.A better way to construct the verbiage in the introductory blurb would be…..CHAMPION Tube/Band – For Sports – Training – Home Exercise – Rehabilitation -Use with your choice of extra light or heavy pull resistance.About Pull Resistance:This adjustment for resistance is made by adjusting the position of your feet so as to limitthe length of tube that you are pulling and stretching. The length for most exercise can be attainedby where you secure the tube with your feet. You could tie a knot in the tube, but I would not recommend thatbecause I was able to attain enough resistance with the position of the feet..That’s right, you stand on the tube. Don’t put your feet in the handles. They could easily roll off your foot and cause a serious injury to your person.Attachment Accessory:There is no accessory to attach the item to a static object such as a door jam.That in my opinion is a good thing. A few years ago I was doing a powerful walkaway pulling exercise when all of a sudden the door and jam were torn loose.Part of the door frame gave me quite a thump in the back of my head. So Champion has made a wise choice in not includingthat item In my opinion you can do everything you need to do, improve all of the important muscle groups without attaching the tube to anything.Always check the tube for cuts or the beginning of separation at the handles. The construction seems sound and should last you for a long time.When exercising stand on the tube with shoes that have clean smooth soles.Store you Champion in a cool dry location away from sunlight.It is properly represented as a durable fitness device for Men and Women.The Champion exerciser was delivered on time.There was a faint tap, tap, upon my chambers door.It was shipped in the Knock Knock envelope.Inside the outer shipping envelope and in its own shipping envelope, was the Champion Tube ExerciserI examined the structural integrity of the exercise tool. Making sure to check the tube for imperfections and cuts.The tube was spotless, clean and free of any imperfections in manufacture or abuse.I then made a proprietary pull on the tube pulling with my bare hands across my chest to determine elasticity and pull density.It seemed to be more than adequate.The device is constructed exactly like many others that you see advertised, or see in gyms and rehabilitation rooms.Nothing remarkable about the design. The device seems to be very well made.The hollow tube plastic pipe handles seem to be substantial. A one inch nylon strap is passed through each handle which are attached to each end of the tube. The attachment is facilitated by the mold of the tube which is swagged. This keeps the tube from slipping through a metal grommets that are on each sideof the strap. The tube nipple or larger molded portion will not slip through the grommets.It appears that everything is built to last for quite some time. That being said that is the part of any Tube Strap exercise tool that should be to checked beforeeach exercise session.I was disappointment that there was no book showing suggested exercise routines.That is easily resolved by going to a search engine and requesting exercises for a tube strap exerciser. I found several and a couple that were outstanding with pictures.Personal Use:I am using the device daily and have found it to be exactly what I wanted.Certainly you don’t have to spend a fortune to get in shape.Sometimes the simple way is the best way. For the price you are getting something as advertised.A very useful exercise tool.I really wish there had been an instruction book with exercises to review but still, I will award this Champion Tubeexercise tool four stars. It seems to be durable and in only four days of ten minute sessions I am achieving additionalmuscle tone, and physical health improvements such as blood pressure, blood oxygen, and heart rate.You cant go wrong with those results, The price is right, it works and that is about all that anyone would want to know.

Better than expected
When this arrived I thought it was a bit flimsy compared to the one I am replacing, but after three uses, I am pleasantly stunned! It is much more sturdy than I expected, gives a killer burn but also has give. I highly recommend.

Just outside of the return window, the plastic handle broke under normal use. I recommend getting a product with more heavy duty grips.

Simple, yet effective
I’m going to cut to the quick here: I don’t exercise nearly enough. A number of old injuries and conditions restrict me from some types of exercise, but there’s still a tremendous variety of exercises movements and routines I could pick up.My chief hobby is playing video games. Yep, I’m a couch, er, gaming chair potato. I actually don’t mind exercising, so long as I’m alone, but if I don’t start exercising, I won’t do it. This resistance band has been a twofold improvement for me: It either gives me a means for small bursts of exercise if I’m gaming online with friends and can’t just walk away, or if I’m not gaming online, exercising with this reminds me to fully exercise, which leads me off the gaming consoles and to the treadmill or my weights and bench.For those two reasons alone this band is helping me live healthier. I will say that I don’t use this band for full work out sessions though; I have had a resistance band snap on me (thankfully, it was a very slow tearing snap, so the band just flopped over and didn’t snap quickly and launch part of itself) and this band is too short for me to use comfortably. So far though, I have stretched the band to some pretty gnarly lengths and there’s no sign of fatigue or damage, so I can’t complain about anything there.But for the purposes I use it for, quick bursts of exercise or a short session to lead into a full work out session, this band is excellent and I’d definitely recommend it!
