This yoga mat has been great for my hone gym! It is much easier and better on my legs to have a cushioned pad to stretch on before and after workouts. I mainly use it for warm up stretches, but I can tell it would also be great for yoga. It is easily transported and can roll up easier than other mats that I own. It is made of string material that hasn’t worn out or torn in any place after repeated use.
