I’ve been taking these for about a month now, and I can see my body shrinking in the larger places, and those hard to reach ones (flanks, neckline etc). They are very small and easy to swallow, can be taken up to 3 times a day, they don’t give me jitters, nor do they have me burping all day. Not only are they effective at suppressing appetite, they also help block carbs, support my heart health, and balances my Cortisol response to stress which is leading cause to my weight getting out of control. I got 90 plant derived capsules that are free from [WHEAT, GLUTEN, SOY,DAIRY, EGG,CORN, YEAST, FISH/SHELLFISH, PEANUTS, OR TREE NUTS] these capsules have been very easy on my stomach and colon, and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No Significant Changes! Very Pricey Weight Management Supplement!
Since gaining a bit more weight during the Pandemic (and having difficulty taking it off), I decided to give these supplements a try and see what happens. I can’t say I’ve seen immediate results but what weight supplement does that? The good thing about these supplements is that I have not felt wired and did not get any kind of diarrhea. It seems like many weight supplements are basically just laxatives to poop out the extra weight or something to give you a boost of energy to burn it off by moving around more.These capsules did not seem to cause any of those negative side effects and I was happy about that. But will they really work in the long run is the question. I can only report that after taking them for a few weeks that my hunger is only slightly less than normal (which is still a win) but my glucose levels are still not where they should be and I have seen no significant change.The same can be said of a “healthy cardio function” or “balances Cortisol response to stress”. Without some sort of lab test, I couldn’t report if either of these have been reduced.What I can report on is that the capsules are small, don’t have a smell and no adverse effects happened after taking them. They are also Vegan and non-GMO. It also has no wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, corn, yeast, fish/shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts.The cost is pricey – at $19.00 a bottle. And considering the directions say to take 1-2 capsules daily, 3 times per day before each meal, that means each bottle will last only a month. If you decide to take 2 per meal, that means it will last only 15 days. For me to pay that much money, I would need to see more significant results. I will continue with the bottle but unless I see more results, I cannot recommend the item.Also, as other reviewers have noted, the bottle I ordered was Manufactured in July 2021 and I ordered it in August 2022. There is no expiration date so I don’t know if they actually expire. In any case, it is reasonable to expect something you swallow to be fresh.

Small capsules (yeah!) and suitable for vegetarians
I just started taking these a few days ago so the jury is still out. I’ll try to update this review should something notable happen!The capsules are small – see pic. I love that! Ironically, I take these with food to avoid potential problems such as an upset tummy, and I haven’t had any negative effects like that.I do t feel jittery after taking them either.I purchased them in June 2022. The bottom of the bottle says they were manufactured in July 2021. However it does not provide an expiration date.The product is manufactured “for” a company in Florida, but neither the label nor the company’s website says what country they are manufactured in. This somewhat bothers me.I did some research about the ingredients and they sound like the will be helpful for me. Time will tell!

Definitely helps reduce my cortisol levels and help lessen my food cravings. Good value
