Firstly, I LOVE the color of the bottle! Haha It’s such a pretty dusty rose color and it makes me feel good even before I’ve taken the capsules, so kudos on the packaging!Secondly, the capsules have been gentle on my stomach and I actually already feel a difference after just about a week of taking 2 capsules at dinner time. No stomach upset, no offensive odor or suspicious discoloration. They arrived well sealed and fresh.

Love this product, used to get night sweats and hot flashes throughout the day and since taking NovaMD I no longer have night sweats and my sleep as improved as well. I was able to get off my prescription for menopause my doctor put me on. I recommend this product ð

Does not work was still experiencing all the menopause symptoms. Hot flashes, not sweats etc. had to purchase a different menopause supplement.

In the hands of false rhubarb from Bulgaria & Ceylon cinnamon
Not terribly expensive to try, but the ingredients not terribly convincing either. They include false rhubarb (rheum rhaponticum), which grows only in Rila mountains in Bulgaria, as well as from ashwaghanda, green tea (machta), Ceylon cinnamon. The capsules contain also vitamins B12, E, B7 (biotin), B9 (folate), selenium, etc.Rhubarb was not studied clinically, but ashwagandha may decrease anxiety, perceived stress and improve sleep, as per some studies. Matcha was considered a medicine in the 13th century. In traditional medicine cinnamon has been a digestive aid. Preliminary studies show that it could slow symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease. Vitamins and minerals are medically helpful, but they are much cheaper when bough separately.

Taking in the evening in case they make you drowsy.
So far seems to be helping my wife at least she says it is. She’s taking them in the evening as some of the included ingredients can make you drowsy. But so far she seems to like them.

Moderate effectiveness
Works alright, but doesn’t completely eliminate it. Given the cost you would think this was a miracle cure-all, however while it alleviated some symptoms, there are still flashes, still aches and emotions. It’ll definitely take off the edge which is good but don’t expect miracles.
