I was taking the drops wrong lol but it still worked for me. I was taking the drops either 30 minutes before or after my drinks or meal 3 times a day. The drops supposed to be taken 15 minutes before meals 3 times a day. I was allowing the drops to sit under my tongue for 15 second. Lol…You’re supposed to let the drops sit under your tongue for 30 seconds. Smh i had it backwards lol but it still worked out, but now i’ll start doing it the correct way.I’ve been testing out diet products from sellers on Amazon to find out whats best for me on my weight loss journey. I notice a few products works for a short time or not at all. I got these drops because of all the positive reviews as many others would do. These drops work for real. I wake up around 7ish/8ish a.m, i take one Olly combat craving supplement, if I get a little hungry I’d eat something around 12p.m…. Once that feeling of hunger hits me I’d have some Hollywood Miracle Diet drink, i purchase the drink off Amazon. I sip on that drink until round 2p.m once i’m finish with the drink 30 minutes later i take the Complex diet drops (10 drops under the tongue for 15 seconds then swallow) i also crush up ice in my blender to eat on if i feel the need to chew on something.. My ice gets crushed well, soft like cotton candy.I don’t get hungry hungry and if i do i have another 4oz juice with 4oz water of the Hollywood Miracle Diet with an apple. around 7 8p.m i have my complex diet drops 30 mins later i eat a pb&j maybe two. And before bed i’ll drink two packs of Sliming tea, i purchase the tea from Amazon as well. I eat later so i can sleep better at night…lol. Forgot to mention DRINK WATER…MUST DRINK YA WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY. The drops really helps with hunger for real. I’m not being paid for this or any other reviews. All 4 products helped me to lose 8 pounds in 5 days no lie. I know it’s not the combat craving supplements alone that’s stopped my all day eating on this and that, i know its not the Hollywood miracle diet drink working on its own…how i know? It’s because I’ve been using those products alone for awhile now. So with that being said the Complex diet drops is the one that’s making me go longer without wanting this and that food for a much longer period. With all 3 products i think I’ve found what really works for me. Btw there’s absolutely no side effects, only side effects not wanting junk food THROUGHOUT the day, no craving bad foods neither. And after eating dinner, drink the slimming tea. You will be on the toilet the next morning doing number 1 & 2, at least a good three times for #2…What goes in must come out. Give all three products a try but everyone’s body act differently but its nothing wrong with testing my way out. Hope i helped.

Not the same as real HCG
46 YO F. I started these drops 13 days ago hoping to lose some extra fat pounds fast before a Mexico beach trip next month. I have stuck to the strict diet and so far I have lost 8 pounds. I was excited at first with the success but I have now plateaued for the last 3 days, my weight has not budged. I have done the real HCG protocol twice in the past so I knew what to expect as far as the 500 calorie restrictions go. These are not like the real deal so keep your expectations in check. On real HCG I lost 25 pounds in 21 days both times. The fat just melted off and my clothes hung on me. These drops don’t do that so I’m not sure if the 8 pound loss is just water weight or maybe some muscle loss which makes me feel sad to think about. I have done keto numerous times with success and do intermittent fasting already so I had very minimal sugar or carb cravings when starting. I will say there have been times since starting these drops when I felt so ravenous hungry I was in tears (feeling sorry for myself as everyone around me eats normal) lol. Nothing on the allowed food list even sounds good anymore and last night eating my dry tuna salad lettuce boats made me want to gag even though I was HANGRY! I just forced it down trying not to think about it and I couldn’t even finish my measured portion, I went to bed hungry, AGAIN! I am now motivated to get my body in super good shape again and feeling strong so for that I am thankful. I do not know if I am going to continue the drops or just do a 1,200 calorie keto diet and exercise to get in shape. I have 4 weeks to go before my trip. I don’t like the plateau after only losing 8 lbs as I still want to lose more fat inches to look good in my slender beach clothes. Seems like a lot to go through these last 2 weeks for only 8 lb loss and not sure how much of that is actual fat loss honestly as my clothes seem to be fitting the same.Tips: if you can’t stick the the strict diet, they definitely won’t work. You must drink a ton of water as directed. I have a 32oz water bottle and fill that numerous times a day. Make sure to salt your food so the water is not going straight through you. I drink a cup of smooth move tea every night to make sure I am emptying my bowels every morning. With eating less food it’s easy for our digestive tract to get sluggish. DON’T clog your internal plumbing! It’s super important to keep your bowels active!!! If you have time to loose weight and are dedicated to getting in shape and want to feel strong and healthy, I honestly recommend just lowering your caloric intake, eating clean, and increasing your activity level. Yes that takes time but is much healthier in the long run. I am in a rush to lose some inches before my beach trip and have had major success on real HCG in the past, that is the only reason I even gave these drops a try.I gave it 3 stars because they taste fine, easy to use, shipped fast and instructions are clear. I did not have any adverse side effects. My energy levels and are great but I attribute that to the clean eating which I am used to doing in the past without these drops. I will not buy again and probably won’t continue the next 8 days to finish up the 21 day protocol. I feel I can loose the fat better on my own and probably much safer without feeling starved. I plan on 2 days of 500 cal to get the drops out of my system as recommended and then adding in some healthy oils, nuts, and dairy to my diet along with workouts to help tone muscle. This protocol is a great segue to get you started on the path of lowering your caloric intake and eating clean if you keep your expectations to just that, so take advantage of this and take the protocol seriously if that’s what you’re looking for.

Very similar to an expensive Natural Hormone Weight Loss program
I’m pretty sure using the drops and following the included eating plan works because it’s pretty much the same as a much more expensive Natural Weight Loss / Hormone program. I’m wondering which one is the original one? The expensive program has a spray instead of drops and you get guidance from a coach. Everything else is exactly the same. The drops don’t taste bad. I recommend counting the drops because 10 drops don’t equal half of the dropper. It’s about a quarter of the dropper. Follow the plan and you will succeed with your weight loss goal. No doubt! I’m so happy I found this because I didn’t want to pay hundreds of dollars to do another phase 1 just to get the spray. This eating plan is genius! You will drop pounds and inches starting practically right away. Try to get in a leisurely walk every day. Crazy exercise is not necessary.
