Made me very irritable
I took about half the bottle before I realized something was wrong. Made me irritable and very down. I didn’t realize how bad it was until a few days after I stopped taking them, then I felt SO much better. It did give me energy in the beginning, but I didn’t sleep well at night, and it wasn’t because of the caffeine. I don’t know what ingredient messed me up so badly, but I will try other fat burners and see if i can either find a better one, or narrow down the culprit. I will never take these again.

The first day I took it, I was on fire! I felt great while not eating as much and drinking more water. Only bad side I see is maybe after a few days it tapers off a little, maybe due to my body getting used to it? Otherwise great product!

Wow, this stuff is a perfect pre workout supplement. If you are sensitive to caffeine I would recommend taking half. My husband drinks so much coffee and can barely handle one full pill without feeling like he was on crack haha, so we started taking half each before our workouts. This is definitely worth it and the price is outrageously cheap!
