It works, taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and followed by cream of wheat for the fiber to feed these little guys. It’s like having pets inside you that if you take care of them, they’ll take care of you. They’re all separated in packaging, so you can break some off and take them to-go if you’re traveling. It’s only a month supply, which is fine, but I’m planning on taking them for three months or so. My metabolism has definitely improved, but that’s because I’m a firefighter lol I will say that I have more energy and I’m able to tolerate more foods without an upset stomach.On a cautionary note, I did get really sick on my first 5 days taking them. Must have been other factors as well, such as a high-stress environment, or diet, or hormones. Either way, sticking through it was definitely worth it in the long run:)

Do the Whole Box First
So, I took Culturelle everyday until i finished the box. It’s very easy to take – you mix one packet with any liquid and drink it. It has almost no flavor at all.It made me rather gassy, but the gas wasn’t smelly like when you eat beans.After almost 14 days there was a noticeable difference in my diarrhea and by the end of the month it was fairly controlled unless I ate something that really irritated my insides. This was a marked difference from before I started. Before I started, my diet was getting narrower and narrower and I still couldn’t control the diarrhea.After that month of taking Culturelle every day, I stopped taking it. It took about two weeks for my digestive system to start getting touchy again. I had actually forgotten how touchy it could get.I ordered another box of Culturelle and took it every day for a few days, and of course I got gassy again. I am now taking it every other day and I find it is the same benefit level for the diarrhea, but I’m much less gassy.Every body is different. I think this product is definitely worth a try, and experimenting with it to find the best dosage for you personally.It really depends on what is causing your system to be upset as to how effective this will be – it won’t work for everyone, but I think it is definitely worth a try.

Culturelle and Bio-K (out of Canada) the only two well scientific studied probiotics shown to work
I worked in this industry as a medical professional for nearly 40 years. Bio-K Plus (not a great name) is mainly sold in Canada (used to be on Amazon but is hard to find consistently), is the most well-reviewed and published probiotic manufactured (good medical journals, most companies can get junk printed in some poor publications. Bio-K is hard to obtain in the US and needs to be refrigerated. Second, and the best choice in the US in Culturelle, some solid peer-reviewed medical published data (in good journals, not as good as Bio-K) to back claims. In Canada, OTC items must prove efficacy, unlike in the United States, but Culturelle is as good as it gets. It is a must when taking any antibiotic and is suitable for traveling out of the country. Keep even Culturelle in your fridge; the potency will last longer. The counts die consistently, but are supposed to have the stated amount on box at expiration, you will keep the counts higher if refrigerated.

I’m shocked, finally I have back my flat belly ! I’m very skinny and I don’t eat much only healthy food . Terrible quality, and clearly no QA done on their products. I bought these to sprinkle on my son’s breakfast, so I open each capsule. In a pack of 30, I would say there were approx 8 which were spoiled. They were solid and an orange colour (the powder is normally white). The first time I opened a spoiled one, I thought perhaps I’d accidentally damaged the foil. The second time, I knew the foil hadn’t been damaged – yet I found two spoiled capsules. The photo above is the third time I came across spoiled capsules – 5 in a row- you can see the orange, solidified probiotic powder in the photos above. There was nothing wrong with the foil on the sheet. Pretty disgusted.
