I always give it time before I write a review so I can be sure of what I’m recommending. I’ve been taking this probiotic for 3 months.Prior to starting this, I had awful issues with bloating. I ALWAYS felt like I had a 6 course meal no matter what I ate. It got to the point that I could drink water and be bloated. I was desperately researching and ordering all different kinds of probiotic strains and they either didn’t work at all or made it worse until I found this one. I ordered it only bc it was on sale and it had the rhamnosus strain which I hadn’t tried yet. I will never be without this again.Some benefits I noticed immediately, that have continued even 3 months later.. bloating is completely gone. My stomach is flat again. I only get mild bloating a few days before my period starts and even that is down by 90 percent. Way less sugar cravings and less of an appetite.I have had zero negative side effects.Whatever was going on with my gut health has been either cured or is being treated effectively with this product. This will forever be a staple in my supplement routine.

This is a great probiotic that I was recommended by my doctor, but unfortunately it did not save my nails from nail fungus, but it is helping build more good bacteria in my stomach and help me stay out of the hospital for the longest time that I was able to.

Pleasantly surprised at effectiveness
I had previously taken a much more expensive “clean” probiotic which never did much for my digestion so I stopped taking them. After I developed some reflux more recently, I wanted to try probiotics again and these have been amazing! I truly notice a difference even though I’ve never even heard of this strain of probiotic. For $15 a month it’s affordable and easy to transport as well. Give these a shot

I have had these for more than a year but this time something is off – I don’t know if it’s the delivery ( maybe left out in sun??) or stored badly but there is a weird taste and i have had tummy issues!
