The CuZn UC-200 is designed for use with municipal water only, do not use with private well water.
The CuZn UC-200 is designed to reduce a wide variety of organic and inorganic contaminants including but not limited to: chlorine, disinfection by products, herbicides, pesticides, sediment, water soluble cation heavy metals (lead, mercury, chromium VI, cadmium, etc), bad taste, odors & more.
Stress Free, Easy Install Process
The CuZn UC-200 connects directly to your kitchen sink’s cold-water line. No need to drill holes in the countertop.
If non-standard plumbing connections are encountered that require adapters or an alternative install method is preferred (connecting the UC-200 to a separate filtered water only dispenser faucet, installing it in the basement below, etc.): CuZn diagnoses parts required for any type of unique install scenario and provides alternative install kits on the house.
The CuZn UC-200 is 4.5″ in diameter x 15.5″ in height.
The UC-200 is designed to be installed standing vertically on its base.

The CuZn UC-200 is a bacteriostatic filter system that has been in production for decades, utilizing a powerful combination of KDF-55 Filter Media, Coconut Shell Carbon & Micro Sediment Membrane technologies that has stood the test of time.
A UC-200 type filter system DOES NOT Reduce TDS or PPM Type Meter Readings. If TDS removal is desired, select a CuZn Reverse Osmosis type filter instead.
To test the UC-200’s performance, utilize DPD One type chlorine test strips and replace the UC-200 when chlorine breakthrough is detected in the filtered water.
CuZn recommends using sensitive chlorine test strips that list 0.25ppm as the minimum chlorine detection level on the strip for earliest possible detection of chlorine.
CuZn Quality Hardware & Low Maintenance Design
Low maintenance, the UC-200 is essentially a giant filter cartridge, simply replace the entire UC-200 once every 5 years with a fresh one.
Durable long life, low maintenance appliances like the UC-200 eliminate the unnecessary waste and expense associated with water filters that require frequent replacement cartridge shipments.

Exceptional Water Filter
I feel extremely excited writing this review.I ordered this water filter system after spending many hours browsing for a water filter that was reasonably priced and offered the best filtration system for a clean supply of water.This filter was the only one in our search that offered exceptional value for our money.Not only did it not have any requirement for periodic change of filters which most other systems require, but it also had the most thorough filtration process making the water extremely clean and pure.And another amazing feature of this darling was that it was so easy to install and the system was not a bulky item. This beautiful system also offered a life of 5 years. No other filtration system we saw offered this for such an amazing price.We have been using this filter for over a month now, and we are the happiest people. We have tested the water using testing strips and the results are always positive for pureness. We use the water for all kitchen purposes with peace of mind and the water tastes crisp. This system is saving us 50 dollars a week which we used to spend buying water cans from the store. Not to forget to mention the amount of nano plastics we were injestic from these plastics cans which this system has now put an end to.This review will not be complete without mentioning the extraordinary customer service that the owners of this system provide. It’s perfect
The water line to our refrigerator was partially clogged and needed to be replaced. I was tired of standing at the fridge forever to fill a container. I didn’t want to pay to have a new line run, so looked for alternatives. After hours of looking at products on Amazon, reading reviews, I stumbled on the CuZn filter. I’m all about quality and simplicity, low maintenance. Pay for quality once and then sit back and enjoy. These filters are big and heavy, nothing like the small, light-weight fridge filters. I ordered 2 filters, one for me and one for my son. Installation was simple and quick.Water has no flavor, very neutral. I occasionally fill my water bottle at a friend’s house and now I notice the odd flavor it has. I still have a fridge filter for ice making, doesn’t matter if it’s slow. I fill my water bottle from the tap and add some ice cubes, quick and easy. In the summer months when there is no such thing as cold water from my tap here in Phoenix, I will keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator.I buy only organic produce but still spray it with vinegar water and rinse before using. I like that I am now using filtered water to rinse before I eat. It seemed wasteful to use filtered water to do dishes, but the filter has made me even more aware of being conservative with water usage. I soak dishes before washing, don’t leave the water running when I am washing, and use only what I need to do any clean-up. My son has 3 large dogs and he is pleased that they have filtered tap water for them. So much easier than the filtered pitcher that they were using and constantly refilling. We are thrilled with this good quality and simple water system. It’s a winner for us.

Easy to install and world class customer service
Great product. Water tastes fresh and flows as before. Very easy to install: took maybe 15 minutes. You just need a wrench really and maybe a flashlight. The filter feels like quality, all the parts are snug and solid.Absolutely stunning customer service. The manual states that residents of NY and NJ might want to get a 10 micron sediment filter, which the manufacturer provides for free. I emailed them about it and got my sediment filter two days later with extra hose and manual and even an extra replacement filter (each filter should last a year).It’s like the company thought of everything that might go wrong and made it easy to get help. They also provide a great warranty in case the filter stops working sooner than 5 years and given the service I received I have no doubt they’ll take care of everything.Wish more companies operated like this.

When searching for an under-sink water filtration system, I wanted one that was efficient, cost-effective, and easy to install. The Cuzn UC-200 meets all these criteria perfectly. With a five-year warrantied lifespan, there’s no need for frequent filter replacements, which often drive up costs compared to other systems on the market. Most importantly, it delivers clean, crisp-tasting water, and you can verify this using the provided testing strips.Cuzn’s customer service is exceptional. I needed a conversion kit because my supply line fittings were larger than the standard size used in modern kitchens. I contacted them about this issue, and they promptly sent me the necessary supply lines and adapter at no charge. They even followed up to see how the installation went. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing how it holds up over time.

I’d been using jug filtration systems for many years and after using the CuZn system now for a couple of weeks I am wondering why. After you factor in a jug, replacement filters over 5 years based on a 3 month replacement cycle, taxes etc. you are around $150 TCO. With this system you are around $180 TCO but no need to refill jugs and wait for it to filter, it’s right out of the tap, for $30 difference that not a lot pay for the convenience since this lasts for 5 years.The install is so easy and comes with everything you need. You do need your own wrench though. Suggestion to the manufacturer to include a mini wrench like IKEA does?Anyhow, on to the most important thing, how does the water taste since that is where you really find the value in this system. For my family, we love it. We compared it to the jug filtered water and could really notice the things left behind in the jug filtered as opposed to the CuZn system, no after taste at all, super clean and crisp. Initially you will see cloudiness in the water as the filter primes but that passes very quickly and you get a great tasting glass of cool H20. I highly recommend this product to anyone interested in a water filtrations system.

Pero llevo dos meses buscando un conector que me sirva para conectarlo al tubo de plástico de 1/4 (tipo filtro de agua) que va a mi llave de sobretarja exclusiva para agua purificada.Para conectarlo a una llave de cocina normal, no hay problema. Las mangueras de 3/8 funcionan Perfecto. Pero en MEXICO no he encontrado el conector necesario para un tubo

Bought a filter 9 months ago. Started noticing chlorine taste to water – contacted company and they sent both a replacement filter as well as a complimentary pre-filter (they suspect there was too much sediment in the water which led to early filter failure). Incredible customer service! And the filter is very easy to install and works fantastic.
