Great walking pad
I purchased this DeerRun walking pad in July 2024. It arrived on time and was easy to set up. I have been using it daily with my standing desk while working. It is easy to move using the front wheels to roll it in place. I agree with many reviews that say the sound for turning on and changing the speed is very loud and I have seen no way to turn the volume down. The remote to change speeds is easy to use. It’s nice to have the speed, time and distance metrics on the front of the machine. Maintenance for the walking pad is easy with the manual instructions and tools provided.I recently had a problem with my machine. I contacted customer support via email. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and are addressing the problem. This is one the reasons I purchased this walking pad over others: the reviews on their responsive and helpful customer support.I hope to enjoy many more work days walking on my walking pad!

Love this Treadmill
If you are looking for a nice cost friendly option to walk inside this is it. It is easy to move out of the way and the quality is amazing. Very easy to start and relatively quiet.

Super good Treadmill!
I bought this treadmill since I work during the late/early afternoon through night time and have school in the day time I wasnât able to go out as much as before and in my free time I used this treadmill and it works wonderfully, it super easy to use just a plug and play, easy to adjust location with the wheels, doesnât take so much space, and I think this is best pricing trend mill I came across at the time since I seen it being advertised on TikTok more then on Amazon. Highly recommend!

Minor annoyances but would buy again
I’ll start with the minor annoyances as I’m sure that’s what people are looking for… The first one being the belt length. I am 5’8″ and don’t consider myself to have a super long step in my gait but when I walk faster and take longer steps, sometimes my toe brushes the electrical panel or I feel my foot on the back roller, which I don’t experience on full sized treadmills. Minor issue, but worth pointing out if you have a longer step. My second complaint would be that there is no way to pause your workout. If you stop your workout for any reason, the panel resets your numbers (calories, distance, time, etc). This is minor for me as I use a fitness watch, but pointing out in case it matters to you. I did have some minor troubles with the belt alignment initially. I followed the instructions and centered the belt with the tool provided, but each time I walked on it, it would shift a bit to my left. As soon as I was off of it and let it run it would return to center. I resolved this by making it’s initial position slightly to the right. Problem solved. My last complaint is that I have not found a way to turn off the beeping. When you initially turn it on it emits three load series of beeps and each time you press a button on the remote it beats. I understand part of this might be a safety feature as you want people to know when their speed is changing, but it’s undesirable when you get up very early to workout and don’t want to wake anyone.What I love about it… It’s really easy to store and move. Its quiet. It is stable and provides a smooth walking surface like a treadmill. The display has large numbers and is easily read. It’s goes up to 3.8 which is more than fast enough for my morning walk, with room to go faster if I want. It is worth the price (and I even scored it on a lightning deal which was even better). I would definitely buy this again, even with the minor complaints I have.

Scam! Remote is junk so deerrun requires buyer to purchase an app to use treadmill
Worked great for less than one month. Treadmill is good quality however the remote is cheaply constructed and stopped working. Treadmill cannot be started without the remote.I contacted Deerrun and was instructed to download the PitPat app to use the treadmill. What a scam!!

Just what I wanted
I am very happy with this purchase! It’s quiet, doesn’t take up much room, & is easily moveable. It’s easy to use, just get it out of the box & it’s ready to go. I don’t use the app, so I can’t comment on that. My friend ordered one & received it defective & had to send it back. So I guess you take your chances. I’ve had mine for months & it still works great!

Product may be good but delivered to the wrong address. Being a treadmill it was easily moved to the correct location, 20 miles away.
