Good Value
I feel like this mirror had mixed reviews; but I took a chance on it, because the price was right. I’ve only had this mirror for about a week, but I like it. It is a little bright, but you kinda get used to it as you use it. If there’s enough natural light, I don’t need to turn it on, anyway. The magnification showed me all kinds of stray eyebrow hairs that my big bathroom mirror was hiding from me. It charged up nicely. I haven’t used it with batteries yet. Overall, a good deal. I have no complaints so far.

Great mirror
Got this mirror for my daughter. She loves it. Bright enough to see what she’s doing but not blinding. The color is very pretty. She likes that it can be charged in case there is no outlet nearby. Fold up to put in the corner of the dresser so it’s out of the way but not an eyesore.

Itâs nice, butâ¦
Well, I just got it today and here are my initial thoughts.1. Sturdy2. Nice size. Not too small, not too big.3. I really think the one I received was a return. Why? Because the box was bent at the opening and the mirror was not wrapped properly. But, I did not want this to deter me from trying it. I just cleaned it with alcohol wipes, just in case.4. I think it was returned because the mirror didnât âstayâ at whatever position I set it. It would tilt down on its own. I tightened up the screw where the mirror attaches to the base and now it stays.5. I wish it could get taller and shorter as needed. The height is fine as is for me, unless I want to use the 2x mirror. Then I need to pick it up to see. This inhibits me from hands free usage.6. Although the base locks in fine, I just wish it would fold under the mirror. Itâs kind of bulky to store in my make-up drawer. 7. Iâm not sure I like how the mirror lights up. Even though the light-brightness is adjustable, with the lights coming from each dot surrounding the mirror is REALLY bright and when I dim it then, of course, dims the reflection which can alter the make-up application. Itâs weird. Iâm used to large upper-torso mirrors with light bulbs surrounding them (for stage make-up purposes). And, Iâm used to smaller mirrors with light up cases as well. But, admittedly, the smaller ones usually have the light features covered which helps soften the glare but not the brightness impact. So, I guess Iâll have to see.8. Love the color.All this review is prior to actual use with applying make-up but these are my initial thoughts.

Able to put this together with one click, pop in for AAA batteries, and it unfolds into a lovely vanity mirror with multiple magnifiersâ¦Seems to be made sturdy and with harder plastic. I will see how long the light last but so far so good.

Annoying, not effective lighting
The 21 LED lights around the main mirror blind you. When you turn them down they are not very effective. The only segment I use is the upper right mirror that’s 3X, however it is not as magnified as I’m used to. I would have returned it, however I am ‘glambing” out & it beats nothing for these tired eyes. The touch control is very responsive & I’m okay with a power cord, although I wish it were a “c” port. Very lightweight & attractive as far on vanity space. Haven’t tried it on batteries so don’t know how long they will last so certainly nice to have another power source.

Niiiice! Weighted but light, compact for travel but of a descent size /dimension. Battery operated and BRIGHT. I use it daily (even though I have a vanity station) for these very reasons.

Size of the mirror is good but for the rest it makes no sense.Theres a dark veil over the mirror which affects the lighting and visibility; seems like a design oversight.Good lighting is essential for mirrors so it is frustating that the inbuilt sensors cant handle it. This is the dumbest thing I have bought.What a pity ! I was really looking forward to a bright well lit mirror for make up.
