Amazing Customer Service
I recently purchased the CACAFSFY Diffuser. When it first arrived it worked great. However, for some reason it stopped working. When I contacted the Company they IMMEDIATELY replied to my concern and addressed it right away. They stood behind the warranty period and shipped a new device out, which I received in only a few days. I understand there are always possible issues with electronic devices, however, a companies Customer Service can either make or break their Business. I’m confident after the way they promptly resolved my issue they will be around for a long time. I will definitely be a repeat Customer.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER 2 MONTHS. NO SCENT COMING OUT AT ALL. STAY AWAY!
This diffuser started off working great, then suddenly stopped after apx. 60 days. I have reset it to factory settings, unplugged, emptied cleaned and refilled the canister, and sent a message to the company, it is useless.

subtle fragrance
I have 3 big dogs who get bathed regularly but it seems as if I am always looking for something to improve the smell of my house. The wet dog smell has to go. I have found a product that works. This set up works perfectly. It creates a 24 hr a day subtle fragrance that is perfect. I no longer have to resort to room spray scents that create an instant migraine. This is the product I have been waiting on.

Dissatisifed
My diffuser only worked for a month or so, then it stopped working and would not mist. I had a terrible time trying to figure out how to change the filter, ( 2 extra were included). Now that I have changed the filter, it still will not mist. I bought this product when it was over 300 dollars. This was a waste of money for the amount of time I had a functioning product. You are better off with a cheap diffuser that you can discard if it stops working. I loved the scent while the diffuser worked, and still have 90% of the essential oil solution left. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

Great diffuser
This is a great diffuser. I like the ease of use and it does disperse scent well. My only issue is the remote allows you to change the levels of some scent (and other customizations) but it doesnât show you the levels. An example, you can tap a button on the emote to increase the amount of oil diffuser âto the limitâ but it doesnât say what the limit is. Is it 0-10? 0-5? I just tapped it several times and it works, just no idea if it is at the top or middle.

I purchased this diffuser and it worked great, then had a problem with it not misting. I contacted the company (Mary) for troubleshooting and they sent me another unit.It is really good to know and much appreciated that they stand behind their product.The new unit works great.

Not what I expected from the product
For the price I paid for this item, not to mention the oils, I am disappointed with the product. I have used different scents, cleaned the bottle for the oils per instructions but I do not smell the aroma like I should.
