I put this on my tiny school desk and it worked great
I have a studio apartment and no room for anything I attached this to my tiny desk to hang my dog on a harness and clip her nails. It was sturdy and worked great I felt safe using it while having her hang in the air with the harness to clip her nails and clean butt with clippers. I was also able to shave hair on her feet

Did not come with the mat, fits a flat surface well. clamp needs some depth adjustment to work on plastic mold table.Is fine for extra stay on my timid, medium sized puppy. my wild child however still required a extra pair of hands during her session.

Safe for your dog
I thought this was the funniest thing I had ever seen when I placed my dog in it. She stayed still and her tail did not stop wagging. I was able to do her nails without any problems. It was sturdy.

Arm works well, needs adjusting for suspension
Arm is sturdy & seemed to work fine. However the arm joint bends beyond 90 degrees, so when using the vest, my dogs head hangs slightly lower than his backside. Not good. The vest stopped at the neck like a tshirt which allowed my dogs head to reach down when he wanted to, able to bite my hand while grooming his front paws – the whole reason I got this thing! A while later, dodging &10lbs of sweat, I was able to finish the job 95%. Determined the arm joint bolt if tightened might straighten to 90 degrees but would have the full weight of the dog on that bolt, so not sure but will try next time. Feel a better vest with longer neck/head support is needed that holds up the head, also reversing direction facing back, but then the head would be toward the bar. The top bar is very short so would only be possible if your dog is short lengthwise like a yorkie. Will use again but have to adjust somehow. He was not comfortable with head lower. Instructions were useless. Items were good if I knew how to use/adjust correctly. Need better harness if you have a biter. Overall is good quality for small dog, but for the extra cost, maybe better to get your own harness vest.

Worked for my dog and my dog can’t stand being groomed
The quality is just fine setup is also pretty easy and I paid under 50 which is reasonable compared to other similar models. I used this for my little fur baby he only weighs 11 pounds but dislikes getting groomed I tried to groom him before without the use of this groomer tool but I could get my fur baby to cooperate but with this it keeps him in place and I’m able to trim his coat.

Hammock is too small for even a cat. Metal arm feels like it’ll break if it’s dropped.

I bought this to groom my own poodle. It was very easy to attach to my counter, and it fit my small dog perfectly. Easy to get to all sides of dog to do a good job, and attachments were excellent.Very good quality set at a good price!
