Great for a bribe!
I have to bribe my puppy into his kennel when I leave for work and this helps a ton. I mix a natural peanut butter with just enough oat flour to make it like a playdoh consistency and freeze it in the form that comes with it. It keeps him busy for up to 20 minutes! This is reason to celebrate as all chew toys I’ve found, he destroys so fast. It’s made of a heavy duty material that he’s not been able to alter.
I read reviews from others complaining that the toy is difficult to open. I have not had this problem. The directions suggest keeping it lightly oiled with a veggie oil in case it does get difficult but I haven’t had to do that and I usually have issues opening things. It comes with almost a key that you stick into the part that unscrews to assist with getting a grip on it and I find that it works great.

Dogs love it!
So I was shopping for this type of item and had seen the name brand one. My husband is a value shopper and found me this set. So I got 3 sets, one for each of my dogs. I have 2 Rottweilers and a puppy doberman. I have made 2 different flavor treats so far; rice, beef broth, and a can of wet dog food stew mixed together. Then a batch of pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and cooked bacon. My puppy was not that interested the first two times I gave them the ball. That was with the rice pupsicle. I just gave them all three the pumpkin one and they love it. My younger rottweiler is a power chewer, she destroys everything. But she chews on these like crazy and you can’t even tell. I have an older rottweiler, a young adult rottweiler, and a puppy doberman for reference. Artemis, Elara, and Jinx all approve! I’m enjoying coming up with new flavors for them and have 2 freezer bags full already. 100% recommend this product and would buy again. Very durable and very entertaining for the doggos

Dog Loves It
Iâve bought a few of these types of treat toys for my dog, and this is a favorite. I tried a popular one that also sells on Amazon and starts with a Y, but had to return it, because even though I kept the threads oiled, it got to the point where I could not open it no matter what I tried. I also have the brand that seems to pop up all over social media (starts with W), and so far it has been great, but itâs a little pricey, in my opinion. Anyway, this one comes with the threads greased. I didnât know what it was greased with, so I washed it off and put my own oil. They say itâs greased with âbutter,â but I doubt thatâs what it is (I could be wrong, of course). I like that it comes with a key that you insert into a slot in the lid to turn the lid. All toys like this should have that feature, because they can be hard to open. This one hasnât been hard to open yet, though. I also like that it can go in the dishwasher. My dog doesnât chew on it, so I canât say how it holds up to that. She is a 65 pound dog, and this keeps her busy around 10 minutes or so, which is around how long the other brands last for her. I donât think this would be good for a really large dog or a dog that is a heavy chewer. Also, be prepared to wait a good while for shipping. It ended up being worth the wait.

Well worth the money my dogs like these and the mold treat fit well in the balls. I bought cheaper ones before these and the mold treats would not fit properly in the hole. Good quality product. Worth the money.

Not for small to medium dogs
This is a PSA for whoever gets this because I just had the scared of my life. My 35 lb aussiedoodle got his low mouth stuck in the hole where they lick the peanut butter out. We couldn’t get it out without struggling for 2 hours cutting down and around this toy… with a crying and scared as ever 1 year old dog it was chaos to say the least.

Good Investment
This works just as good as the name brand variety and comes with the silicone mold. I use canned dog food in the molds or soup and it entertains my dog for about 20 minutes. I have a very intense chewer and she hasn’t destroyed this at all. She loves it. Other reviews talk about difficulty opening but I haven’t had any issue.
