Brought UP my Vitamin D levels!
There isn’t anything I don’t trust about Dr. Berg‘s supplements. I originally bought the bigger bottle and the larger dose of 10,000 IU, and when I saw that he had a smaller bottle, I grabbed it. Didn’t even realize it was the 5000 IU. He has 2 sizes and dosages now!Had my blood work done recently and amazingly my vitamin D level is a little high! This stuff works! I am so grateful to Dr. Berg for all the stuff that he puts out there for all of us, this is a fantastic supplement. I also take his Whole Food multivitamins, so I alternate them because they also have. vitamin D and K in them. Living on a fixed income sometimes you have to do what you have to do. That ensures that I get a dose of it every single day even if it’s not the same size dose.There’s never a weird smell, weird taste, they’re always easy to swallow.

Good quality supplement
I think that taking a Vitamin D supplement is important, even though I do spend a lot of time in the sun. I like that K is included. I trust the quality of these supplements.

Worked TOO well
Worked a little too well. I took one per day of the 10000 IU. Did my labs and my Vitamin D levels were 125. The upper limit of the range was 30, so I was 4x over the upper limit. I’ve felt fine for many months, but I started noticing slight kidney pain, which I no longer have since I stopped taking this. Great product, just be very careful if you take the 10,000 IU.

Good quality Vitamin d product. The smell and taste weren’t bad. Easy to swallow. It didn’t stick to the other pills or going down my throat. Only gets a 4 rating because I found a different product with a higher dose of Vitamin D3/K2.

As a person who doesn’t get out and about too much at 69 years of age, these are a great choice. My blood test showed a vitamin D deficiency and this product corrected that and provided a significant energy boost at the same time.
