Updated : this is leakage proved. If you experience the leakage issue, make sure to check if your top soft straw is inserted into the hole on the lid completely. Pull that straw until you hear the sound. Since I figured my mistake, I had zero leakage problem.Another advantage of this product is, it was thorougly designed. For example, my son uses this for his night bottle alternative and sippy cup for hydration during the daytime. At nigit, I remove the long straigh straw so that the milk comes out while he laid down. During the day, I add this straw so that he can drink while he sits or stands. It is great, I am very satisfied.I like that this cup has many pieces separated, I can wash each part well for sanitizing. I also liked this product because it allows the thick beverage to go through the straw, such as smoothies or oatmeal with milk mixture. But it leaks a lot. It is not leakage proof, once the liquid comes out on the tip of straw. Lid for straw closure is structually not able to prevent leakage as well. Bit disappointed.

I really love these cups
I like Dr. Brown’s products. They are a trusted brand that has been around for a while. When it comes to your child (or in my case, my nephew), you don’t want to go with a brand that might come and go. You hear so many stories of product recalls for safety issues, it’s hard to trust a no-name brand. I got this for my nephew to use when he visits. I figure the more baby products I have, the less my sister has to lug around. The less she has to lug around, the more likely she is to bring the baby around. 😊These sippy cups feel solid. I have seen some cheap ones and these are miles above those. I love that they are insulated, so on hot days my nephew can drink something cool. For those that take kids to parks on hot summer days, this is a huge deal. Keeping baby cool is imperative because they can overheat so easily. The silicone straw is soft. There is a slider that closes the straw inside the cup. The straw in the cup is hard plastic. The handles in the side are flexible, so you can probably loop them around the stroller handle. I would definitely recommend these cups to any parent.

Great cups, best we have used
Great cups for our little one. These bottles are great, they seal well, they’re easy for them to hold, and it doesn’t allow backflow or allow spillage through the straw.It is easy to travel with and we don’t have to worry about it dumping out all over the place.The insulation works very well, keeps drinks nice a cool for an extended period of time. I still wouldn’t place milk in it for too long, but water and juice are no problems at all.It is easy to take apart for cleaning and has withstood being dropped from a table and thrown, so these are very durable.
