I bought these to help with a knee and lower back injury. At first it took some getting adjusting too (the arch support especially). I don’t need much arch support so my feet weren’t used to that extra support. However, now I can’t walk without them. Having these makes such a huge difference vs walking on regular shoes. I am a size 38 in womens shoes. This is way too big for my foot, my foot doesn’t even touch the line in the front to cut it at the right size. After trying to return it because of the wrong description, The seller sent me an address in France with no return code. So i should pay to send it?
