Very easy to use and very effective without morning drowsiness
Iâm a long time fan of Dream water. It comes in little bottles or gummies. The first one I tried gave me busy dreams but not at all any bad dreams, and I was able to wake up without side effects. I think itâs so useful without side effects like the terrible headaches I get from straight Melatonin or other sleep aids. Note: The gummies are far cheaper and less wasteful than the plastic bottles
