Works well
Iâve used the kettlebells at the gym and like the exercises I can do with them but I just didnât have any more room in the small space I have for an exercise room at home. This device solves the problem. I can use any dumbbell as a kettlebell. This device works well and is built solid and sturdy. It adds a bit of weight but not too much. The grip is comfortable and it fits all of my dumbbells.

Great concept, but have my concerns.
If you’re someone who owns a lot of dumbbells and is looking for an easy way to convert them into kettlebells, this might just be the solution youâve been searching for. The design is really simple to use, which I appreciate. You just flip the two red latches to open up the clasp that attaches to the dumbbell, secure the clasp around the dumbbell handle, and then resecure the latches. It’s a quick and straightforward process, which makes it convenient when you want to switch between dumbbell and kettlebell exercises. That said, I do have a few concerns. While the clasp is snug, thereâs still a small amount of play once itâs secured, which is something to be aware of. Iâve included a reference video in this review to show how it works, so you can get a better idea of the fit. While I do like the overall concept and the kettlebell feels fairly sturdy during use, Iâm not entirely sure I would trust it with the full 110lbs it claims to handle. Iâd be a little cautious with heavier weights, as the slight movement in the clasp does raise some doubts about its stability at max capacity.Overall, it’s a solid and convenient tool for light to moderate kettlebell training, but if you’re planning to work with very heavy weights, you might want to consider whether this is the best option for your needs.

I only need this ONE Kettlebell!
Iâve been eyeing kettlebells to add to my home gym, but didnât really know which weight to get or if I needed multiples for different exercises or for future progress. I researched online and it seems that a good beginner-level kettlebell weight for women is between 10 and 20 pounds, or up to 30 pounds if youâre larger or stronger. Thatâs quite a weight range! So instead of buying multiple kettlebells, I got just this one Kettlebell Converter so I can use the dumbbells I already have and easily change them out if I need more or less weight, depending on the exercise I am doing or the level of strength I have attained. Problem solved! This Kettlebell Converter is lightweight by itself but can handle up to 110 pounds, so they say, but of course the weight needs to be able to fit in the converter! The clamp will accept dumbbells with a handle diameter of up to 1.5â and must have a minimum center width of 4.5â. I have two different types of dumbbells at home, and the metal-handle type fit perfectly, but the plastic-encased-handle type did not.The clamp section holds the weight handle closely and the red thumb locks clamp it down tight. The dumbbell doesnât move in there! I can swing the newly made kettlebell up and down and around and itâs totally secure. The kettlebell handle is smooth and comfortable and gives me a good grip. I can also arrange the handle to be either parallel or perpendicular to the dumbbell.I have another product by this SEWD company and it appears that everything they make is excellent quality. This Kettlebell Converter is no exception. Well-designed, well-shaped, well-constructed. Quality materials. An excellent product.

Big Surprise, But a Great Aid for Dad’s Recovery
his SEWD Dumbbell Kettlebell Converter turned out to be a bit bigger than I expected. That being said, it works really well! I got it for my dad, who’s using physical therapy to regain strength after a long illness and hospital stay. Finding lightweight kettlebells can be tough, and this converter attached perfectly to his existing 1 lb dumbbell.Big on Functionality, Small Weight Options:While the size surprised me a bit, it doesn’t affect how well it works. It easily converts a regular dumbbell into a kettlebell handle, which is exactly what I needed. The only downside is that it might not be ideal for super heavyweights â the description says it goes up to 110 lbs, but for my purposes (lightweight recovery exercises), it’s perfect.A Lifesaver for Dad’s PT Routine:Dad is finding the kettlebell conversion fantastic for his physical therapy exercises. It gives him the option to do kettlebell swings and other exercises that help with core strength and balance, all without having to buy a whole new set of kettlebells.Overall: A Great Option for Lightweight Kettlebell Conversions:If you’re looking for a way to convert your existing dumbbells into kettlebells, especially for lighter weights, the SEWD Dumbbell Kettlebell Converter is a great option. Just be aware that it’s a bit larger than you might expect from the pictures. Here’s who would love this product:People who want to use their existing dumbbells for kettlebell exercises. Those who are in physical therapy or rehabilitation and need lightweight kettlebell options.Anyone who doesn’t have a lot of space to store extra workout equipment. Here’s who might want to consider something else:People who are looking for a kettlebell converter for very heavyweights (over 110 lbs). Those who are limited on space and prefer a more compact converter.Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe SEWD Dumbbell Kettlebell Converter is a handy tool that lets you get the benefits of kettlebell exercises without buying a whole new set of weights. It’s easy to use, works well with lighter weights, and is a great space-saver. Just be prepared for a slightly larger size than you might expect. Overall, a big thumbs up for Dad’s PT routine!
