It is a brilliant idea! All of us are having a laugh with these. I bought three ! No one has got the hang of it yet. In the meantime it is good for a good squirt if you are half sleep. By then you will wake up. I just use it with mouth in it and do not put much water in it. You will still need to brush and floss. I asked dentist and she told me to keep brushing and flossing.
