From the brand
When we say Epic, we mean Epic. Our proprietary, multi-patented blend of filter media eliminates up to 99.99% of the harmful contaminants other filters leave behind such as chlorine, heavy metals, industrial & agricultural pollutants and trace pharmaceuticals. Why settle for anything less?
Filtered Water Wherever you go
How did we get our start?
Epic was founded by Ash in 2015. Having just moved to the US from Asia and witnessing first hand plastic pollution on the beaches that got him thinking there had to be a solution to this environmental time bomb.
What problem are we solving?
It’s now clear that developed countries are the worst offenders of single-use bottle pollution as the citizens of these countries do not trust the quality of their municipal water, due to industrial and agricultural pollutants. The faster the world realizes this-the better for everyone.
Why do we love what we do?
Our goal has always been environmentally minded and we find value in not only practicing environmental stewardship as a company but also supporting others who do the same.

HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH MINE
The Epic water filter offers a robust solution for those seeking cleaner, better-tasting water without the hassle of bottled alternatives. This gravity-fed filtration system boasts impressive contaminant removal, tackling a wide range of impurities including heavy metals, chlorine, and microplastics.Key strengths include:Effective filtration: Removes up to 99.99% of tap water contaminantsLong-lasting filters: Each cartridge processes up to 150 gallonsPortable design: Ideal for both home use and outdoor adventuresBPA-free construction: Ensures no additional chemicals leach into your waterOn the downside, the initial cost is higher than basic pitcher filters, and the flow rate can be slow when the reservoir is nearly empty. Some users may find the unit bulky for smaller kitchens or refrigerators.Overall, the Epic water filter delivers on its promise of clean, great-tasting water. It’s a solid choice for health-conscious consumers willing to invest in higher-quality water filtration.

Stellar customer service!!
I received this water pitcher and noticed that the lid was slightly loose and the colored part of the handle kept falling off. It didnât appear broken, but it just was a loose fit and I had to hold the lid on when I would pour the water. I sent an email to the company asking if this was usual or was I doing something wrong? They replied by sending me a brand new pitcher. The new picture has a handle that doesnât separate and the lid does fit more snuggly. I think the first picture I got was simply an anomaly. Itâs a great water pitcher and filter system and Iâm happy to give it five stars! The filter lasts for 90 days and is worth the price. Water tastes great!!!

GREAT TASTE! EVEN BETTER THAN THE ISPRING 10 STAGE COUNTERTOP FILTER!
Just got it today! At first I was enraged because the lid seemed too small & wouldn’t stay on the pitcher! But after taking the filter out of the pitcher a couple of times, & putting it back in, it now seems to fit? I don’t get it, but now it has seated it’s self & I’m happy! And that is because comparing it to another similar, recently purchased “ZERO WATER” filtered water pitcher, I am very surprized how much BETTER this one is! I originally was going to buy the “CLEARLY” FILTERED PITCHER because it claims to rid nano plastics for $100. The EPIC also claims to stop 99.9% of pollutants, including nano plastics & is $26 cheaper! And by the way Amazon? I feel that I should’ve gotten this in exchange for the “ill-legal in my state” ISPRING countertop water filter system you sold me, without telling me you wouldn’t sell me it’s replacement filters! You can put it on a gift card, thank You!

Great Pitcher
We bought the Epic water pitcher to deal with a trace amount of PFOA found in our town’s water. There are only a handful of filter pitchers that are certified for NSF P473, one of them being the Epic. We narrowed our choices to the Epic and the ZeroWater. In the end, we went with teh epic for three reasons.1. Overall higher ratings in most reliable ratings venues.2. Longer lasting filter (approx. 150 gallons). .3. Flexibility with filters. There are two types of epic filters, Pure and Nano. Simply put, if you use tap/city water, you probably want the Pure filter. If you have well water, even if it is treated town wells, as in our case, or if you have hard water, you want the Nano filter. Both filters fit in teh same pitcher, so if you later decide you want the other filter, you can just buy the Pure or Nano.Although I prefer the look of the clear blue tinted pitcher, we bought the black 9slightly smoked plastic) as it had a $5 Amazon coupon. What’s in the box:-The Epic water pitcher-Nano (or Pure) filter-User GuideSet up is simple:1. Unpack the box.2. Remove the lid and reservoir from teh pitcher3. Unscrew the filter from the bottom of teh reservoir.4. Check that the large silicone washer at the top of the filter is in place.5. Screw filter back onto reservoir; put reservoir back in pitcher and put lid on.6. Raise lid opening by handle with your thumb and fill reservoir.7. Allow pitcher to filter water. Dump this water or use it on plants. DO NOT drink it.8. Repeat Steps 6 & 7. It will take probably 30 minutes or more each time for the first two filtrations.9. Fill reservoir a 3rd time. Filtration should go a little faster. This is your first drinkable pitcher of water!10. Remove clear plastic from LED on lid. Hold down ‘Start’ button until LED comes on (about 3 seconds).NOTES:-The LED on the lid will start at 90 and count down 1 every 24 hours. This is the projected life of the filter. If you are one person, you may find it lasts longer, so always factor in taste. If the water starts to taste off or “lemony”, a filter is usually in need of a change.- The pitcher is sold as 10 cup. Overall, between the pitcher area and reservoir, it is advertised at about 15 cups. If you count just the lower part of the pitcher, it is 7.75 cups before you would breech the top of the filter, and the reservoir holds not quite 6 cups filled to the brim. so keep in mind when you fill the reservoir for filtering, you are making less than 5-6 cups.- DO NOT fill the reservoir when you have a pitcher full of water. Some people think this saves time, but the result is, when you pour water, one of two things happens: either some of the unfiltered reservoir water blends into your filtered water, or the pressure of the reservoir water forces the lid off the pitcher and you have a big mess. The Epic does make for a nice tasting glass of water. it does not attempt to completely remove minerals, which is a good thing as some are healthy for you, so if you are looking for something devoid of all flavor, you may want something else.

Well Water Tastes Great
The water filtered with the Epic Filter Nano Pitcher tastes Great! Tastes as good as bottled water. I have a well on my property and for almost 10 years since moving here my family and I would not drink the well water because of its strong sulfur taste. We were spending about $100 a month on bottled water for our family of three. We have tried other water purifying pitchers in the past and they did not remove the egg like taste. THIS ONE DOES %100! I’m also glad to know its removing all sorts of other contaminates in the water as well. Its not the cheapest water filter available but it seems worth the money for me. One filter lasted my household about 2 months before we had to change it. It was just filtering way to slowly, it would take about 12 hours to get one pitcher full of water by the end of the 2nd month. The water still tasted great at that point. For the first month and a half it filtered reasonably quickly. I never timed it but I would estimate with a new filter and my very mineral laden well water it filters a full pitcher of water in about 20 minutes.

There are No filters available for this system. Amazon customer service attempted to locate one and I purchased it, and it did not fit. I would NOT recommend buying this product.

Love the flavour of the water this pitcher makes. It is a very slow drip compared to my old Brita, but has a nicer flavour and I feel safer using this. In my area every spring there are boil water advisories due to run-off and the dangers of cryptosporidium and giardia, so this just fits the bill. I noticed after a couple of weeks that there were very small, hairline cracks in the bottom, but I am not sure if someone else damaged it, (no one admits to it), or if it was flawed, but due to my lack of certainty I have not complained to the company. I little sealant fixed the trouble and it is serviceable once again.

I bought the nano filtration jug, it comes with a complete list of all the things that it filters the runs to 4 sides of A4, we are totally relieved not to be drinking all that poison anymore. You have to discard two lots of filtered water before using it…we find the filtered water tastes almost like melted snow! Very soft and completely different to our south London tap water. I have read some comments about poor quality plastic and the lid coming off. These comments nearly put me off purchasing the jug, I am glad I ignored them, the benefits far outweigh any criticisms, yes the lid does come off when you pour, but ONLY if the filter trough still has water in it, the water in the trough pushes the lid off and water goes everywhere. Simple solution…don’t pour any water until it is all filtered through.

The taste between the unfiltered water compared to this filters water is unmatched by anything I’ve ever used. Contaminants like chlorine, flouride, and lead are extremely toxic to the body and I highly encourage you to purchase this filter if you want to guarantee the removal of those toxins from your water. Cheers to good health

I always drink tap water but as I have thyroid problems I need to filter out the fluoride. Although there are much cheaper options on the market, this one was the only jug to filter out fluoride along with a huge range of other contaminated whilst still allowing the beneficial ones to remain, which was important to me. I did have a query which I took up with customer service and they responded very speedily and put things right efficiently. I was pleased with the taste of the water after filtering and now use this jug every day. Well worth the extra cost and I would definitely recommend
