Works Great
I got this to wear on my walks. I use it in conjunction with a cooling towel around my shoulders and on hot days it is a lifesaver!And it’s nice and visible, which is very important when walking on the road.the entire bandanna is not cooling, it is the blue strip that absorbs the water and gives the cooling effect, but it settles over the forehead, which is one of the best places to apply a cooling or heating item. It does dry out after some use, but on an average day it stays damp and cool for hours. I’m very happy with mine!

nice for hot days
I worked outdoors all day today and I used this headband. I soaked it twice and felt generally cooler with it on. I found it to be perhaps more effective then some of the other chill-its products particularly their bandana-cap which I was very frustrated with. This product is simple and effective and has a nice, large amount of the evaporative cooling fabric built in to it and is easy to wet and easy to wear. I recommend it.

These are 2 very different products based on the same principle – evaporative cooling. so, so if it’s not too humid
It’s better looking than a wet towel, but not any better. It does keep the sweat out of my eyes. If it is a little humid, doesn’t real cool, but still stops the sweat like any sweat band. Don’t expect fantastic results, just use it like a sweat band and you won’t be disappointed. I probably would not buy another one. A bandanna works just as well. You do look a little like a ninja, so guess it could be a fashion accessory.

As advertised, keeps me feeling cooler on even the hottest day when the special evaporative material that is sewn into the inside is soaked with water. You need to be aware that the evaporative material sewn onto the inside is very stiff, almost like cardboard, when it is dry. However, when you wet it (I just hold it under the faucet a few seconds and then gently squeeze out the excess dripping water) the material then becomes very soft and pliable.

Doesn’t cool maybe even makes you hotter.
It’s not that it’s bad it just isn’t any better than a regular sweat band. Maybe a little worse because thr material is thicker and doesn’t breathe well enough to cool off.I tried to use it with cold water, ice water, refrigerated, etc. The cool doesn’t last more than a few minutes.

FANTASTIC!!!!!
This is a real lifesaver! I perspire heavily from my head and face, and it gets in my eyes. Before long I’m treating an eye infection. I wear this every morning when I walk my dog and keep it on while doing outside chores. Not only do I stay much more comfortable, I also no longer dread the heat as much since I’m no longer battling to keep perspiration away from my eyes.I bought two and will buy more!

Sweatband that held come water that you could actually wash would be better and cleaner. It will break you out because if you wash it for sanitizing swells up the size of a small baby arm. Lol

I brought this headband in the lime colour years ago. Its so good that I’m considering a 2nd purchase. Just wish they had a variety of colours instead of the blue and lime that I see here. Im a biker and a runner and use it solely for indoor biking. I have a ton of head bands I can use but, this is the one I constantly reach for as it doesn’t break my delicate hair when I put it on or pull it off. I don’t bother to wet it, I just put it on dry and it instantly soaks up the sweat throughout the workout. I don’t get sweat or eye make up in my eyes thanks to this.

Antes que nada, la calidad del producto es excelente. La versión que adquirà es de color reflejante y brilla bajo el sol. Funciona tal como lo dice el video de instrucciones. Se requiere sumergir la porción que tiene el material de color azul en AGUA CON HIELO (el agua de la llave o sólamente fria no funcionan). NO SE DEBE DE PONER EN EL REFRIGERADOR. Luego de los 3 minutos en el agua con hielo se exprime y se debe de agitar en el aire como una honda por un par de minutos. La sensacion térmica se activa conforme el aire circula alrededor de la tela, es decir en exteriores o con un abanico. Funciona perfectamente y la sensación refrescante dura aproximadamente 3 horas. Es muy agradable, como tener un hielo en el cuello, pero sin estar mojado. Cuando se desee incrementar la sensación solo hay que mover la cabeza haca atrás, para que frote la piel del cuello, lo cual se puede repetir todas las ocasiones que se desee. No funciona bien en lugares con mucha humedad ambiental como el centro y sur de México, sino en lugares con calor seco, como es mi caso. Cuando ya esta menos frio, se coloca de nuevo en el agua con hielo, se reactiva agitandolo y listo. Estoy muy satisfecho, y pienso adquirir otras dos, aparte de las dos que compré. Como comentario ameno, no se debe de lavar en maquina o poner en secadora porque lo daña. Se lava a mano con jabon neutro. Ponerlo en el refrigerador daña permanentemente el material y pierde su habilidad para enfriar, cosa que valio la pena que me enterara viendo un foro, asà que evite hacer eso.

La verdad está cinta me gustó mucho, cumple manteniéndose fresca. Estando en espacios con temperatura sobre los 35 grados celcius es muy confortable poder refrescar un poco con está cinta que al paso de un poco de aire vuelve a enfriar
