Works Great!
We are renting a home and there was an existing Yale lock installed. It worked ok, but it had an old Zwave module and I did not want to purchase a zwave hub or software just to connect to it via smartphone. I researched lots of different smart locks and this one was cheaper than even most add ons for existing locks and it has key backup. No brainer for me.This one installed in less than 10 minutes and I had it configured in the app with no issues. It tells me any time someone comes in or out, tells you if they used a code or manually locked and unlocked the door and tells you if itâs currently locked. Of course you can unlock/lock it via the app as well. Great purchase!

Great video lock. Easy to use, looks good, and video quality has been great. Battery life is good and fast and easy to charge. Love the storage and no FEES! Just ordered a few outdoor cams. Hope they are as easy to install as the lock.

Simple and functional
Better than those expensive ones! Battery lasts much longer! I would recommend this product for open and lock simple function. Easy install and app is easy too to use. I used to have a smart lock with camera I donât like it since the battery dies with in a wk or two.

Good and simple locks
I ordered two and both came in good shape. The instructions could have been better, nothing is included in the package. The instructions are in the form of a video on the Eufy Security App. I don’t like that, I prefer paper. Once they were installed it took a couple minutes to connect to the WiFi and then set a passcode for each. They both work well and the notification speed is very fast. The buttons light up when pressed and feel nice to touch, they aren’t smushy like other locks I have used. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a simple, secure, WiFi deadbolt.

Terrible battery life
I installed these smart locks on the doors of several of my rental properties as the guests frequently complained about using the touch screen interface on my other Eufy smart locks.For a bare bones and extremely cheap smart lock, these are the absolute best smart locks I have ever used except that they require 4AA batteries and they chew up battery life incredibly quickly.I originally used Amazon branded batteries and they died within the first week of using the smart lock.I next tried Duracell Extreme batteries in one lock and Energizer’s “longest lasting” batteries in another… Both experienced complete battery failure in under 6 weeks.The Duracell batteries were completely dead and the lock did not give a noticable warning (neither on the lock itself nor in the mobile app) to warn me of the imminent failure.The lock completely failed to operate even without the remote functions… Luckily I had the physical key in a lock box and I could enter the home through the garage as an other backup…If you purchase this lock, plan on changing batteries every 3-4 weeks, and please set up alternative ways of entering the home, especially for a rental property…At least the digital keypad Eufy locks allow for keypad operation even after the mobile/remote futures go off line.The digital face/keypad is extremely difficult to use, but the finger print reader works amazingly well as does the mobile/remote features.. With the digital Eufy lock, you get a rechargeable battery pack which gives off an extremely loud warning notice when the battery pack needs recharging, and which gives a great notice through the mobile app.With this lock chewing up batteries so quickly (without using a rechargeable battery pack) it is absolutely useless for my needs and I have already swapped these out for the older Kwikset smart locks without remote app ability as batteries last well over 12 months on those.I keep one entry way with a remote opening smart lock while keeping an older generation smart lock on the front door), as a means to ensure the best access for my tenants.I wanted to love this lock, but battery life is so bad, that I can’t use it..Everything else about the lock is absolutely amazing.

I loved it! Easy to install, so far working very good, it works with 4 batteries AA.You can setup a temporary code for guests, you can see through the app lock events, you can unlock and lock the door via app, key or passcode, only 1 person (admin) has access to the app., you can setup to lock the door automatically after 10sec, 30sec, 1 min etc..This is all that I was locking for,Cons- could be better if have option to fingerprint, Iâm happy anyway.

Affordable, easy to install, works with my google smart speakers, uses same Eufy security app as my smart doorbell. What's not to like? Finally, my door locks itself, and my kids don't need a key to get in. Looks good too.

The installation when flawlessly. The action of the lock set is very smooth even at -30C. I have had other lock sets ice up and not work in the passed. This lock set has out performed more expensive top end brand name dumb (not a Smart electronic Lock) lock sets. Be sure to follow instructions exactly when linking to smart home system. App works perfectly, smart home controls the lock as intended.

LOVE IT! Very easy to install, and works with Alexa. But…. You can only schedule locking events not unlocking at certain times. I’m sure this is for security concerns, but I would still like the flexibility to choose. Still 5 stars it gets as its a great model and does what it says it does.

La verdad es que por el precio está súper bien, con el código ningún problema, con la llave y aplicación todo bien y con mi Apple Watch tarda un poco pero repito, por el precio vale la pena. La instalación es muy fácil.
