Love this yoga mat! But, wouldn’t consider it non-slip
Initial impression of this yoga mat was that it is a sturdy, durable material. I have used it now for a couple of different styles of yoga classes (mostly restorative and power yoga) and I really do love it. The line design is unique (at least I had never seen it before) and helpful for both beginners or seasoned veterans. The thickness is perfect and provides just the right amount of cushion. All of my practices have been done with the yoga mat on a hardwood floor and my knees are not screaming in pain. The mat is just very aesthetically pleasing too. I know that might sound silly to some, but it is nice to have a mat that is both pretty to look at and is highly functional and of good quality. My only complaint is that during down-dog and power yoga classes the mat can get a bit slippery. It is not enough to deter me from using this mat though and I would still highly recommend it. Most likely, I will just have to purchase a yoga towel to help with this. Overall, this is a high quality mat at a very reasonable price.

Lightweight, grippy, no stretch, very padded
I love this mat so much! I use it for mat pilates. My old mat was a foam type of material that would stretch out making my hands and feet gradually end up farther away. I read so many reviews to pick a mat, and I love this one.It’s very lightweight, so it would be great for travel.The alignment marks are very helpful so that in any position you can use them as a reference for symmetry.Even though it looks thin, it’s very padded so my spine never hurts when I do roll downs or anything.It doesn’t have any stretch to it so my positions aren’t hard to hold.It has no smell which is something a lot of reviews for other mats mention.It’s grippy.I’m very happy with it especially for the price. I wish it came in more colors!

I love this yoga mat. I previously had a yoga mat from Five Below. Yes, $5. It served me well while I was beginning my yoga journey. This mat, however is worth every penny. The lines really helped improve my posture and they are quite intuitive if youâve been doing yoga for any length of time. The mat is a perfect thickness. Iâve had another mat with greater thickness but it was squishy and made me off balance. This mat was so easy on my joints and with the solid thickness and the awesome grip of the mat, my balance was better as well. Overall, this mat gave me a much better yoga workout and less risk for injury. Selected 5 stars for durability as instructions were sent via email to help increase the longevity of the mat. Iâve not had it long enough otherwise. Easy to clean because you spray it down with a very diluted vinegar solution every 3-6 months.

Good mat
Mat seems to be a quality product and one side has lines to help stay straight during stretches. The only downside is the black strap that holds the mat when rolled up, isnât attached to the mat so you have to put it somewhere while the mat is in use

Alignment marks are great!
This is a really good yoga mat. The alignment marks help with poses and itâs thick enough that it is comfortable but not so thick to make it unstable. This is a great yoga mat especially at this price point..

Good mat with comfort and style
I was looking for a thick mat. It’s comfortable on my feet and knees. The lines help me focus on my balance and form for all exercise not just yoga. I can jump and do burpees fine. Planks feel easier. I look forward to exercise because this mat is soft and supportive and still grippy. I got teal. It does get a bit linty and it does slip on carpet but that’s expected. I am happy with the mat and price. I didnt need to use the kneeling cushion after all. The mat is okay by itself if you have joint pain or shin splints.

6 Month Review
I bought this mat back in November because I loved the alignment markers and just needed a new one. Honestly everything was going SO good. I loved the thickness and the size. The straps made it so easy to carry and I was so in love and impressed. However, after a few months of hot yoga, the mat lost itâs shape, the sides curl up after unrolling and it no longer rolls out flat. It is also SUPER slippery during hot yoga or when I get super sweaty. And Iâm afraid it just isnât as durable. I really want to love it but I unfortunately just donât 🙁 I think this will be a great mat for beginners or those who do yoga sparingly. I would invest in a more higher quality mat if you go 4-5x a week.

This mat is just what I was after, nice material and thickness as if it’s too thick then can cause instability and too thin hard on the knee’s etc – it’s spot on and I really find the alignment lines useful after some pretty major neck surgery I’m a bit out of kilter do a handy guide to keep myself neutrally aligned. On top of all that it looks pretty cool too, nice design and handy carry cord.
